This was my second visit to Congee Queen. The first time, I dined at the downtown location and found the food to be good value with quick service.
This time, the service and speed were still great, but the taste didn’t quite measure up. The congee was not bad but the beef tenderloin recommended by the waitress was just average and a bit salty.
