Don’t waste your money! $70 for a large cookie to celebrate a very special occasion in my family. The cookie never arrived on the day then I’m told it’ll arrive four days later by UPS. The order was placed well in advance. There’s no excuse for not to show up. And I paid for shipping. Pretty sure no one wants a stale cookies that’s been sitting in the back of a UPS truck for four days. Terrible service from cookie gram. I will never order again.

I ordered a CookieGram well in advance of the delivery date.Not only did they deliver 5hrs late, but the office had to stay open longer to wait for the delivery. The CookieGram was supposed to be delivered by noon, it was deliver after 5pm. I was so embarrassed ! There was absolutely NO response to my emails or telephone calls !I am disgusted with this company.

Love the cookies here. Ordered a few times but chose to pickup the orders as I was going to several parties. Great for gifts. Pickup was simple and efficient.

They took my money and then did not even call me to say they wont deliver it! I had to call in and the woman stated that I should have received an email stating that it would not be delivered until the next day in which defeated the purpose as it was my husbands birthday. The woman was RUDE and hung up on me and will not answer my call so basically they stole my money! they sent me an email stating that they will not refund my money!!! what service was done for them to steal my money!! i work for my money they did nothing except cancel my order so warrants them to keep 68.00 of someones hard earned money do you not have a family and children? would you like it if this was done to a member of your family! your a thief! and the message reply was a farse you are not sorry! you STOLE my money!! and the better business bureau will hear about you theifs! as well as social media and local news will hear about this!

they took my wifes money, and did not deliver on the date requested. My wife ordered on Saturday and the date was available for selection for delivery Monday, they charged her 68.00 and only when she reached out was she told delivery would not be until Tuesday which defeated the purpose as the birthday was today, very unprofessional contact! when she showed her disappoitment the owner said she would do it only if she paid an extra 45.00 on top of the already 68.00 charged, my wife agreed and the owner turned around and said NO and THEN proceeded to send my wife an email stating that they will not refund her hard earned money they are keeping it!!! FOR WHAT EXACTLY what service was rendered?? nothing as they did not deliver not did they even make the COOKIE, shame on this company for stealing peoples money and they refuse to refund her!! BUYERS beware, we will be contacting the better business bureau so they do not do this to other people

I have been using cookie grams for many years, and they never disappoint. The cookies are ALWAYS fresh, and always delicious. I've sent these to family, friends, and colleagues and each recipient have always raved about them!I did like the old school printed message on the giant cookies, as opposed to the new printed design - but, for me its about quality and they are fantastic!!I've never had an issue with shipping, dates, or customer service.

We placed an order for our friend at work and we ordered a specific type of cookie for the basket and when we got the order it had a mixture of cookies instead of just oatmeal raisin and when we called to complain all we got was sorry we ran out of Oatmeal raisin. When we asked why didn't you call to tell me they said we don't do that and when we asked to make it right they said we can't do that either. If we could give Zero Stars I would as this is the worst customer service we have ever seen.Response to your response Oct 11thPlease note that we did request the oatmeal and it was on our order and I am not sure how you say it wasn't as the order isn't under my name.You employees stated the following to us And I quote when I asked them how they can make this right "there's nothing we can do". Why not couriers out a box to us? " no. We can't do that. It's expensive

Poor customer service. Very rude. No guarantees of delivery on time as it is “out of their control”, despite them choosing a specific delivery company and having the customer pay a lot for expedited shipping.

I placed an order last week for delivery today. It was straight forward enough to place on the website, although outdated as previous customers have stated. I'd never placed an order on this site and was confused by the wording of the shipping details so I called to confirm that I'd placed it within the appropriate window to have it delivered on the day that I wanted. The phone was answered by a very rude and aggressive man. He was very short with me and even went so far as to confirm whether I really wanted the "plain and UGLY design" I had picked (his words). I found it extremely cruel of him to criticize me - a paying customer- in that way. The cookie arrived within the allotted time, and it looked and tasted great. That being said, customer service was extremely disappointing. All I was looking for was a simple confirmation of delivery. It's too bad, I truly love the concept. If only they had a better website/employees.

I didn't know what to expect but cookie grams Toronto is amazing!!! They used my exact instructions and got my cookie to my friend right on time for her birthday! The cookie looked (and tasted) amazing and it was such a special and unique gift.

Ordered a cookie gram for my uncles 70th Birthday and the cookie was sent to my house instead of his. When I called to get the problem rectified, they told me that they would charge me an additional $20 to have a driver to come over and pick it up. What????? Never again. Stay away.

The cookies were awesome, but the service was even better! Everything I asked for was perfect, I will use cookie gram every time I need a quick delicious gift for family and friends.
