Bro why are the employees so mean. I was curious at how the make the drinks so I stood by the side to see how the make it inside. I wasn’t trying to stare them down or anything or be mean I was just bored and wanted to see.
The lady scolded me and told me my drink is not ready and told me to stand in the front. I said I just was curious and wanted to see. Then after like 5 seconds she yelled at me to stand in the front. What’s the point in making the place in the open with low walls if you strictly forbid customers to see how you make your drinks? Like bro what kind of shady business r u doing if I can’t look at it bro.

I often buy my morning coffee from your store. However, I have noticed that sometimes the staff and one of the managers seem impatient and unfriendly when taking orders. This makes the experience less pleasant, and occasionally I choose another place instead.

I ordered a brown sugar ceylon oat latte. There were barely any oat milk and looked more like an americano with sugar. I asked if they can add more oat milk and all they said is No, sorry”. Horrible experience. Other locations were a lot better making those drink.

Tried their oat matcha latte and it tasted more oaty than matcha. Also instead of being a nice bright green colour, mine was like a muddy green. Seems like they’re using low quality matcha. Wouldn’t reorder.

I'm surprised by the amount of mango condiment in the Pandan Mango Coco Frappé. Tastes great! There's always a good deal or two going on here.

Service is always prompt and the quality is consistent. A proper step between Tim's and Starbucks in terms of price whereas the quality is comparable to Starbucks. This place is kinda slept on so get it before they realise how good they are and raise their prices lol

I went with the matcha oat latte. Smooth, creamy, and easy to drink. The matcha wasn’t super strong, more mellow and milky, but it still worked. Not the kind of drink that’ll blow your mind, but definitely good for the price.
For something quick and cheap, this spot delivers. Great option if you’re nearby and want a decent drink without the usual coffee shop markup.

The apricot jasmine ice tea was very refreshing and is made with a quality tea base. Very fragrant.

Tried their oat milk matcha latte and grapefruit cold brew and I was very disappointed. Matcha in the matcha latte was extremely weak and tasted like cold milk with a hint of tea flavor. The grapefruit cold brew does not work in my opinion and tasted awful. It tasted like dish soap got into my cold brew. This was my first time trying Cotti Coffee and both drinks were disappointing so sadly to say, I won't be returning. Service was average.
