Bought 3 corn muffins Aug 2024, and was so disappointed to see how they were overdone. In future, I will inspect the donuts before leaving. I have been purchasing corn muffins at this location for some years and did not have a complaint before. There seemed to be only one person working cashier when I bought the donuts.

I now need to find another place that sells corn muffin and that is fresh and is not burn. Went in there today with my daughter and mother for breakfast. I ordered two corn muffins two French vanilla and a BLT for my daughter. My first time there got confused with the the hot coffee and cold. I noticed the gentleman making two hot coffees and asked if those were for me because I explained to him I wanted cold coffee (iced coffees). He got upset, from then on his attitude escalated to being rude,disrespectful and unprofessional. He did change my order but I noticed on the screen it still read 2 French vanilla and 2 iced cappuccinos so I questioned him about it because I didn't want two French vanilla. He repeated what I had ordered but never explained what that extra charge of 60 cents for French vanilla was. At this point I just told him just give me what my daughter had ordered. He kept on backlashing at me saying that he had already made the order and continued to say that I should never return there again. So I had about enough and told him to cancel the whole order and left. In addition this place is a very filthy place. My daughter asked me where do we sit because all the tables were dirty when we walked in.

I've been going there for at least 8 years it used to be a good coffee shop but the last few years it been going down hill badly. The place is dirty last summer the AC broke down and it took about half the summer to get it fixed and then it olny worked half the time. In the winter the same thing. Now it still only works half the time. Also the men's washroom is so discussing alot of the time I don't think it's cleaned for days and the urnial has had a garbage bag over it for the last month and the toilet dispenser has been broken for months. I heard that it might be changed into a Burger King so maybe that's why it's going down hill fast.
TL;DR If you don't mind slow service and ensuring that your order is being made correctly, then this is a good spot for a bite to eat. The food and beverage here is (in my opinion) better than Tim Hortons, and costs less as well.
I prefer the food and drinks here over Tim Hortons (bonus points for being cheaper than Tims as well). This includes sandwiches, pastries, hot, and cold drinks. However, the service here is just too damn slow, often having only one worker serving customers. This means one person taking your order, making your order entirely, packaging it, and ringing you up. So if there's one or two people ahead of you in line, it could genuinely result in a 15+ minute wait time.
Another side effect of there being only 1 working staff is that unless you're very diligent and watching what the worker is doing, you may get the wrong order/item(s).
I believe hiring a 2nd full-time or part-time staffer would help this location tremendously.

Ordered a half dozen donuts and an iced coffee through Uber eats. The six donuts were all out in a paper bag instead of a box, and the donuts were ruined all stuck to the bag. The iced coffee wasn’t packaged properly and spilled in the bag getting everything wet. Donuts weren’t good, and wasn’t willing to drink the iced coffee from the bag. Won’t be ordering from this location again.

There is a large parking lot with accessible spots out front.
The shop has a drive through and the staff are plenty friendly.
I picked up a large coffee and an old fashion dipped.
The coffee is dark roast which I prefer and the donut even though end of day was plenty fluffy and very yummy.
The staff is plenty friendly and would not hesitate to come back for a return trip to try out the soup and sandwich combo’s along with their other donut offerings
