Bought a single scoop in a sugar cone and the paper sleeve is glued onto the cine. Showed the associate who acknowledged all the cones were like this but did nothing to remedy the situation.

Came in with a gluten allergy. SEVERE. They gave me the wrong ice cream flavour than what I had requested with COOKIES in it. I HAD A TERRIBLE ALLERGIC REACTION. WHEN I TOLD THE STAFF THEY DIDNT CARE ONE BIT. THEY JUST ROLLED THEIR EYES AND DISMISSED ME. I HAD TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL.

We went there at 8.50 pm on 18th Sept. the lady there was extremely rude and didn’t even fill the cup properly. I hope the manager will take some action. There were two ladies, the one with the neon color in her shoes was rude.

Really Really bad service, never get one single smile and the manager is literally yelling at us, please do remember they refuse to take old canadian bills, which is illegal, but never mind this 1980 50 bill worth more then 50 anyways

I went there with my family last week, cashier was very rude and yelled at us once as well. We bought 2 Sunday ice creams and before we wanted to bring it home and eat so denied for spoons and then we changed our mind and wanted spoons. My husband asked one of staff members for spoons and she pointed out the container and said you can take it. While my husband was taking spoons, cashier suddenly came and yelled at my husband saying you ask us before taking anything. My husband said he asked the staff and did not took it without asking. Still lady was very rude to us. We wanted to make complain so asked her where to complain for worst costumer service and not showing respect at all. She pretended like she did not hear us and continued with her work and did not provide any information and ignored us which was unrespectful as well.
I will not recommend this place because staff working there is rude and not respectful at all specially cashier who provided service to us.

Me and my Wife went there on 31 august to purchase our 2 sundays . Disgusting service provided their by staff at baskin robin at this store.I will never recommend this place at all. Cashier was very rude and yelling at us and not respectfull at all. Initial I said no to cashier for spoon later we realize we require spoon so I visited there for spoon and cashier was busy so I ask other staff for spoon and she told me you can take a spoon.person who was working on cashier was came at cashier counter and talked with me very rudely. She was very rude for 4 spoon which I took it. I dont understand how rubbish customer service provided by their staff . I will not recommend this store at all. I want to give 0 rating to store but unfortunately there is no option on google review for 0 rating.

I come here a few times a week , always in the evenings. All the ladies are super polite and go above and beyond making my Mocha blast perfect. There has been times we come with our large family and they kindly entertain all the kids with joy. This location is very busy in the evenings as it’s one of the only ones that is open till 11pm in the summer. The ladies work hard to take peoples orders. The store is always clean and always being cleaned when I am there. Keep up the the good work Nicole , Jolie and all the evening staff :)
