Cyber Zone (Cyber Cafe)

This lady is a total rip off, she charged me 2.75$ to print one document that I sent through email. She actually charges extra to send the document through email which I've never heard of.

Great customer service. Good place.

Took five black and white photocopy and charged $5.25. $3 for computer for just 1 min.This place is a big scam.

I like the service and the place looks clean but don't go around 6:00 pm because every weekend there is a group of medle eastern guys playing online they are very loud, they scream in their language while playing , it's so annoying.Last time I was there I felt I was a zoo right infront of the monkeys cage.

Terrible experience the old woman working here it’s just so rude and disrespectful if you are not happy with ur life and work it’s not costumers fault just quit if u don’t like it and do something with your life lady ?

The worst place to get your documents printed and get your pictures for passport purposes. She charged me $15 for just 2 pictures and that too she ruined it by making it blue at the bottom and she didn’t even accept her fault instead called it natural photograph. The Indian embassy didn’t accept my picture and she has the audacity to refuse a refund to me. She is nothing more than a cheap lady who just takes money and gives no customer service. I literally wasted my money coming here to get my passport picture clicked. She doesn’t even deserve a single star, if I had an option to rate her negatively, I would do it with a smile. Nobody in this entire Toronto charges $15 for 2 pictures, like she knew a lot of people want their pictures for passport and she took that opportunity for her profit. She wouldn’t accept credit or e-Interac, she only accepts cash of debit so she can refuse any refunds easily. I hope her store gets shut down because she really doesn’t deserve to run a store if she has to just doesn’t care about the client and wants money with 0 customer service.

Cyber Cafe is a great place, and I found the lady running this business, is knowledgable in so many different areas!I wish to give a hand to 'Highland' for making the effort to put all my copies together, and in a timely and professional manner.Thank you very much !

Worst internet cafe i have ever been so far..They even don't deserve 1 star,, i put it for the sake of writing this review.The lady here is careless, rude and arrogant. I wanted to print few papers from a software on my laptop (because it was not possible to have that software on the cafe computer), i ask the lady for wifi password and to print wireless on her printer. She gave the pass but then refuse to print directly from my laptop. I was able to do that but she kept saying it should be printed through her computer. I wanted to explain that it was not possible she act cold and careless. Then i wanted to leave and she changed me few dollars only for giving thw wifi pass.Very bad experience!!Skip this place and save your money!

Worst place ever.. even the 1 star they didn’t deserve it.. they treat in a rude way.I usually went there make photos copies and my last time i went there to print out some forms.. i asked the lady that she is in what should i choose to have my copy in color she just say select the color printer and that’s what i did but I didn’t get any thing and I repeat my questions please what should i do she said let me check in my computer and one she check she gave me a non colored copy.. i told her but i need the colored one she said again select the color one.. i told here to come and see by her self if what i did is the same she changes the printer and gave me another 2 non colored copies so now in total she gave me 4 non colored copies… i repeat again i want them colored what should i do then she came and select the right things that she should tell me from the beginning but she didn’t and she gave me the colored copies.. so now i have 4 uncoloured copies which I don’t ask for them and i dont need them and 2 colored copies that i need she charges me 7$ because the computer told her that i used the colored printer..
