Always excellent and so tasty. I hate the crust on most take out/delivery pizzas but I gobble Da Venezia's up. Delicious! I order the Americana but I am told by friends that all of the other selections are great!

Da Venezia is a neighborhood classic. They really know how to make a solid pepperoni pizza. Great spot for a relaxed Saturday night in Bedford Park!

Meh. Ordered the pepperoni lover, which is supposed to be “double pepperoni.” Nope. If by double pepperoni, they mean three pieces of pepperoni per slice, then I guess it was double pepperoni. I’d hate to see a normal/single order of pepperoni. Just one of those cliché places where it’s more dough than it is toppings. Not impressed at all. You’re better off spending your money at pizza pizza, it tastes the same it’ll cost you half the price. Never again

Ordered online. Great pizza, pizza arrived quick. Seasoning was on point for a pizza and if you know what I mean, you know. Full of flavor.

Love these pies and the service. Only thing I don’t like is that often, I’ll walk far to get there only to see that it isn’t open when online it shows it is or sometimes, there’s a sign to show when someone will return and has stepped out so can be frustrating. Highly recommend calling ahead to see as it’s usually a crapshoot but regardless it’s worth the frustration for this pizza

Edit: Tried stopping by again and still not open. Hopefully the owner is alright as there’s no signage/info.

I have bought from Da Venezia many times. The pizza is excellent. I even left a 5 star review when I started buying pizza from them. A while back they hired a young lady to take orders, who clearly is not up to the task. I'm not sure if it's a language issue or she is not suited for the role, but whatever it is, she has made ordering from them a challenge. Today she once again misunderstood my request despite I made a point to repeat myself 3 times to be absolutely clear, knowing she could and would get it wrong. And yet, she managed to get it wrong. I understand we all make mistakes and can have bad days, but it's not the first time it happens.
What was really disheartening and made it worse was that the owner, instead of apologizing and trying to fix it, sided with his employee, suggesting I didn't order what I was saying I did and that I should be more clear. Okaaaay, I guess they don't believe in customer service. What a shame. All he had to do was say I'm so sorry for the mix up! It's so easy to keep customers loyal! Anyway, he can keep his attendant and his pies. My money will go elsewhere, where customers are actually appreciated and orders are taken properly. It's certainly not the only good pizza in town.

Don’t care about the decor or service. The pizza is great. Lightly toasted crust. Pizza stacked with toppings. Only wish there was a bathroom for clients.

Excellent pizza, generous portions and honest price.

I had a rather weird experience with this pizza establishment last night. So I absolutely loved their pizza Bianca. I order it alot off the uber eats or I go in and grab one when I’m in the area.

Anyways last night I call to order a pizza like most times. I said to the girl working. I’d like a Bianca she takes my order and in the end she says I need a payment over the phone and I say what why ? . She says it’s just protocol? I say Why I’ve never done this for any pizza restaurant. The girl says well I cannot make your pizza till you pay so you can give us the card over the phone or pay in store first ! I was like wtf? Okay and hung up!
I was with my friend last night in that area and I decided. Let him call and see if they make him pay over the phone before the order. So he called and they took his order no problem with no pre payment. I was absolutely flabbergasted that they said one thing to me and another to him
so since I was actually infront of the store I went into the pizzeria. When I went in the girl and man stood in-front of me I said hey buddy why didn’t you take my order but you took my friends without payment ?? he says I thought you were someone else.??? How can you think I’m someone else I don’t even know this man. I order from him once every two weeks or whatever?. I don’t know this man. I never cheated him on his pizza at anytime and I actually loved his Bianca pizza. He tried to talk to me but why would I listen to him. He disrespected my service so why would I let him speak? I don’t know this man at all and for him to ask me for a payment then not ask my friends for payment over the phone was crazy. Truly disappointing but whatever I find old people judge young people and that how they loose business by judging and disrespecting the young generations.
I own two of my Own business and I found this so disappointing and disrespectful so I will not be eating here anymore. Thanks for the juding a book by its cover and the biggest disrespect I’ve actually ever had from anyone in my life.

Absolutely horrible and disrespectful attitude from the owner. Will not be back because of his behaviour

I live near this place and the owner has been nothing but friendly to me. He is always welcoming and I love the pizzas they have to offer. Affordable and delicious. Deserves to be successful.

Some great Pizza, very tasty and always fresh, have never had a mediocre Pie for this place and have been coming here for over 5 years.

My family and I have been loyal customers of Da Venezia for nearly 10 years. Every pizza night has always been special because of this place. The food has been a part of so many wonderful memories for us, and we’ve always loved the quality and taste.

However, today was different, and it left me truly heartbroken. When I called to place my order, the owner answered the phone. I mentioned “pepperoni” but didn’t hear it repeated back, so I repeated it to double-check—especially since there have been a couple of mix-ups with my order earlier this year. Instead of understanding, he responded rudely, asking how many times I needed to say it, and the conversation quickly became unpleasant.

I just wanted to ensure my family’s favorite pizza was right, but instead, I felt disrespected. It’s disappointing because we were so excited for pizza night, but this experience has made us rethink returning. I’m sharing this because I truly hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Da Venezia has always been such a beloved place for us, and it’s sad to see this happen.

I've got pizza there before, I sat to have a slice after a longtime , ìt was old, stale . Yikes, had to dump it, got my money back, but the guy was so rude and insulting to me. Bye!! Always stick to King Slice # 1
