They didn’t update the map that the shop was ended so we took a 10mins drive there was nothing it was also raining that time. So prefer no to go there even again since the shop was ended and they did not even update the map and said the shop was open when it is not!😡😡😡

Good customer service
As of February 1, 2025, this place is closed. The location is still open on google but by the time we got there, there is a for lease sign and the store is empty. Bathurst and Sheppard is the closest DQ location from here.
It is about time this place closed. Worst service ever. It is not a wonder that it lost all of its customers.

Standard DQ with standard offerings. I judge DQs by their blizzards, and this location is a bit inconsistent: awesome at times and underwhelming at others.
But those times when it gets it right - when the soft serve is thick and the mix-ins go from top to bottom, and everything is full and cold - yummm!
Ordered a Blizzard, got a melted mess. When I complained, the staff said, "Ice cream melts." Also, where was the cheesecake in my Strawberry Cheesecake? Ridiculous. Never coming back

Small spot but hits the spot! Service is great and they are all super friendly. Only downside is that the location has no seating. There's a standing spot with a table in the corner.

worst location EVER they don’t have anything in stock!! Do Not waste your time ordering anything at this location!!
Twice this week I visited the Dairy Queen at this location and both days the people working there said they run out of brownies and whip cream. They made me the French silk pie which is advertised with whip cream so when I asked for whip cream they said they run out whip cream. Didn’t apologize just we run out of whip cream. Previously I had ordered brownie and Oreo cupfection but they had run out of brownies and chocolate fudge sauce as well. The service is extremely slow and definitely don’t want to be there.
