The restaurant is neat, and the ambiance is good. The service is friendly and pleasant too.

Finally, their food is tasty and comes in large portions for an affordable price.

Came there for the first time Saturday and the customer service was amazing, the jerk pork was a 10/10, Not a fan of cowfoot but decided to try the cowfoot soup it was also amazing

Been coming here for over a decade now and it’s always amazing. I moved an hour away years ago and almost every time I’m in Toronto, I stop for the BBQ chicken with rice and peas with oxtail gravy. One of my favourite spots in the city!!! I wish they had a location where I am now.

I thought I would give this local a try. Ordered Curry Goat: The portion was good for the$. Flavour lacking should have added peppersauce. Rice & peas sub par. The coleslaw well worth the extra$.

Ordered here for the first time and picked up fried chicken with rice and coleslaw for takeout. When it was time to eat it at home, I noticed that the Coleslaw salad was not included in my takeout. When I called back, they told me that I was supposed to pay extra for it. Why would I pay extra for it when the picture posted shows coleslaw?

Ordered 2 lunch specials bbq chicken and fried chicken with rice/peas and veg & mac salad! The portion was large and filling, the food tasted decent, both chicken were seasoned perfectly and tasted amazing!! The gentleman that served us was very friendly and informative..thanks ??
