Denny's Restaurant

Had breakfast on Wednesday, December 31, 2025 at around 11AM. My waiter was Ammol, if I am not mistaken. Unfortunately, I didn't keep the receipt so I do apologize if I spelt the name incorrectly.

The service was quick and attentive at the food was brought out in a timely manner. Not a long wait at all. The service was outstanding and we were constantly asked If everything was okay and coffee refills. Excellent service that was friendly, polite, and prompt.

Very new restaurant so service was slow. Servers still getting up to speed which is understandable.

Honestly not sure why there are so many bad reviews — my experience was great. We were seated right away, the food came out fast, and the service was friendly and attentive. The place wasn’t very busy when we went, but that honestly made it even better. Everything came out fresh and exactly how it should. Overall, a really good experience and I’d definitely come back.

Seeing some of the most recent reviews scared me, decided to come down and try it. Food was fast and service was amazing! Seems like it might have unfortunately been a bad couple of experiences for others. Happy to say I'd definitely come back!

The food was cold and didn’t come with the sides we had ordered, and it took a very, very long time to be prepared. Overall, it was one of the worst experiences of my life.

Service was very slow despite the restaurant not being full. From being seated to getting our food took about an hour, and it felt like they were understaffed.
The food was disappointing compared to other Denny’s locations. The food, for example hash browns, were undercooked and overly oily, and overall the dishes tasted very greasy. I’ve attached photos showing what we received versus what the same meal usually looks like elsewhere — the difference is noticeable.

Sad!!! Came here for our holiday dinner at 630 but no food at 746
Food is slowly trickling from the kitchen..

Waited almost an hour for two omelette and French toast.
Had to follow up to get our coffee and water. Food is alright, just a bit greasier than usual diner food.
Our server was alright but it looks like they are understaff and unprepared for a Sunday brunch service.
Also saw someone came in and brought ingredients from food basics.
Probably ran out of ingredients and someone has to do a grocery run mid service.

Big thank you to Bihara for inviting us to the new Denny’s we had an amazing experience from start to finish. As regulars from the St. Clair location, it was no surprise that she gave us the best service as always. The food was delicious and absolutely worth the wait. It was great to see how busy the location gets, and we’ll definitely be back again whenever she’s working!

Very salty on the Turkey plate. Veggie not fresh. Took over 40 minutes for the food to be served. Our server not familiar with the menu items. Their tablet ordering system not accurate with the options. Needs a lot of improvement.

Server never came. We left without eating anything.

We arrived at 10am this morning. Sat there for 10+ minutes and the server never showed up. We sat beside the kitchen enterence near the front desk so she can't miss us if she was there. How can a server disappear from the dinning room for so long? We left without even seeing her face and the restaurant was not busy (only half full). That server really needs training.

Just came here as they just opened. All the staff were great and happy to help out. Food was delicious and hot. Place is clean. I can't believe it because the bagel place that was here was a mess. Definitely coming back!

No music. No parking. Some items of menu wasn't available. Food quantity was less than other dennys branches.
