Meh coffee shop. Always crowded not especially clean. Food and coffee are unexceptional. One bathroom for the whole place which isn't great. Staff are sometimes friendly sometimes disinterested. I rarely stay for more than five minutes. Preferred the old well run Second Cup in the same location.
We have visited the coffee shop a couple of times and have been pleased with the quality of service and coffee. The snacks are very good as well. It seems to be very popular among the locals, and it is always crowded, but that's a good thing. Overall, it is highly recommended and better then going to a Starbucks.

I love the coffee and range of sweets and bakery they serve. The atmosphere is nice and cozy too which is a plus for me!
