I ordered a pizza from this store yesterday and my daughter had stomach pain since she ate the pizza and has vomited this morning after having suffer stomach pain during the whole night. We surprisingly find that it was the pizza she ate which cause her stomach pain. We usually order the same pizza but from different store. You should PAY SERIOUS ATTENTION ON FOOD SAFETY ISSUES instead of saying sorry about that.

I order delivery often, but have only visited the store once many years ago. The food is always excellent. I love the pizza, the chicken and the desserts. The website is very easy to use. I love that it saves my recent orders and easy orders. I love the tracking that shows how the order is progressing; it's very reliable. I love that there are so many options for toppings. I love that Domino's has its own delivery drivers and that they ensure that the order is placed in my hand, not left on the floor at the door. Honestly, the service from Domino's should be an example to other restaurants. Recently, I ordered at a really late hour because it was the only restaurant open, and it was a relief after a long day. I more willing give tips because I can see that there is care taken in each step of my customer service with Domino's. I genuinely appreciate the Domino's experience. In all the years I've ordered from here, I have never had a complaint. I do not know if the service is the same across the franchise but I'm certainly very pleased with this location. They have never failed but if someday they do, I'd forgive them easily because they've been exceptional for as long as I can remember.

My friend tried ordering and they canceled his order twice, asking for ID for ordering a pizza. Furthermore, when I tried ordering from my phone, she called my number saying “remember me again buddy?” Even though I’ve personally never spoke to her (she thought I was my friend that spoke to her earlier). She was horribly condescending and completely ruined the experience, threatening to also cancel my order. The delivery driver was amazing though

Awful call service. Accused of us of making a fraud order when there was no proof or accusation. Super rude on the call, the only positive was the driver who was super nice. Order dominos but not from here. After ordering from dominos for five years this is the first and only bad experience i have ever had

The lady handling deliveries called us accusing us of fraud for no reason, we tried ordering 3 times and she kept cancelling it for some reason. She thinks she an FBI agent or something, just accept the order and put the pizza on the box for me ok?

I tried ordering 3 times and they would keep calling me to acuse me of fraud, even though I provided my credit card information, and paid through the app. Finally I got them to deliver the pizza only good thing was the delivery driver was nice.

Probably the worst pizza I've had in my life. Tried contacting the store but they don't care for over a week. I withheld my review hoping they'd fix the issue but nope still really bad food and customer service.
Shady business going on at this location. Really curious if these 5 stars are actually people or just fake. Look at the one stars then see the messages from the 5 stars. Very weird wording. From my experience and from recent experience of others I'd avoid this location. I'd also avoid dominos as they don't seem to care at all. I will have to contact the better business bureau to figure out what's going on at this location.
I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but I was disappointed with today’s experience. I ordered a pizza along with a Coke Zero, and while the food arrived, the drink was missing. We called the restaurant immediately, and they admitted the mistake but refused to deliver the missing item. Instead, they said they would include it with our next order—even though we had already paid for it today. On top of that, they wrongly claimed we had ordered a different drink. Suggesting we wait until a future order to receive something we’ve already paid for is unacceptable. Food-wise, it was okay, but the sauce was too soggy. Overall, poor customer service.

Not happy with the service I received today. I didn’t like my pizza and came back to ask if they could make me a new one because I can’t eat BBQ sauce — it’s too sweet for me. Instead of handling it calmly, multiple staff members came over and tried to pressure me into keeping it, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
I even pointed out that Domino’s has a satisfaction guarantee — it’s printed right on the pizza box — but they still gave me a hard time. I was told I’d have to pay again if I wanted a different pizza. Eventually, one of them tossed the old one and gave me a new pizza, but the way I was swarmed and made to feel like a problem was really disappointing.
If you’re going to advertise a satisfaction guarantee, customers shouldn’t have to argue just to be heard.
