I placed a delivery over the phone for a large pizza 8 wings. Placed this order at 9:05 pm and the pizza arrived at 10:02 pm.
I checked their tracker online and at 9:55pm it was showing that the pizza was already delivered.
No delivery insurance, no points, no vouchers, no nothing. They didn’t apologize that the pizza was given to us cold.
The driver stated that he had 4 drop off before mine.

We reached around 1230 am on Nov 16 and we ordered butter chicken pizza. The person who was standing on front desk didn't talk politely. He was angry as if we shouldn't have come late night. Customer expects the person to greet them with a smile, understand & help them.
Order 2 pizza for carry out and I had a free pizza for rewards. When I walked the staff asked for email confirmation but I didn’t get any mail. He just said they need email confirmation to verify. He doesn’t even give a technical support to get back my email instead just bluffing that’s the company policy. I accept the point of policy but they cannot figure out the technical issues instead just refused the pizza that’s been already ready for me. Very unprofessional and just looking to get rid of customers from the store other than figuring out how to help a customer. Totally unacceptable and disappointing.

Ordered a medium pan pizza for pick up. The pizza had good amount of toppings and baked perfectly. I have no complaints. The service was also good. Plenty of parking spots in the plaza.

Never had a mistake with my order and they come out great for a fast food pizza. I do miss the nostalgia of the old Pizza Pizza here but this location is a pleasant surprise.

We complete the after-purchase survey to suggest improvements. Despite this, it is a significant upgrade from the previous tenant, Pizza Pizza. Enhanced consistency would lead to more frequent orders from us. Parking never a problem.
