This restaurant was disgustingly dirty. I ordered the schnitzel sandwich, and just a few hours later, I threw up everything I’d eaten. Avoid at all costs—don’t even try it!

Very expensive for very basic and mediocre food. I understand that kosher meat is more expensive (I buy it at the grocery store) but the price of a chicken dinner plate was a bit ridiculous for what was served. Everything was quite bland and basic. It was a pile of chicken, plain white rice and plain salad. It doesn't come with any sauces or dips or pickles etc. The mixed dip plate was ok. The chicken wrap was probably the only thing I would order again, if I had to. A few issues with ordering too, the website doesn't give you any updates on when the food will be ready. It just said that the order received and in progress. I had to guess when it would be finished and just show up and hope for the best. The atmosphere is not particularly nice even for a takeout restaurant. Hate to be rude but this place has really fallen off and I don't see why anyone would go to this place considering how many great shawarma and laffa places there are to choose from.

Not only did they not have our take out order ready when we arrived, we had to wait another 45 min for our order to be ready. When we got our order, they messed it up and we had to wait again before we finally got our food. Very disappointed with this service and won't be coming back. We were told they would comp our order and then never did. I've never left a 1-star review, but after this service, this place doesn't deserve anything but 0 stars.

I have been to this restaurant for the first time with a suggestion because they were good before ( like 5-6 years ago) unfortunately I had a bad experience. We had chicken shawarma wrap and the bread was cold and chewy. Taste was okay nothing special for the price. And the restaurant is so dirty, everything was so dirty about it. I would never come again.

I wish I could give -28283738282 stars, I normally don’t care about service or atmosphere just food quality, this place enraged me. Waited 30 mins while two staff lazily watched the other one run around working like crazy. Gave my order, then was told I didn’t order from the right person but they accepted all the orders from other people who ordered from the same person.

Disgusting.

Ordered food for a specific time, arrived and the order hadn't even been started. Once home I realized they didn't get the order right, so I called and got terrible customer service. The food we did get was cold, and all the food was overpriced and mediocre at best. I don't know how this place survives. Won't ever go back and reccomend no else does either.

Not a good experience. Went to pick up a catering order. Arrived a few minutes early (around 11:00am for an 11:15am pick up) and found they were not even open. The employee couldn’t even get in. We had to wait for about half an hour for someone to show up and unlock the door. Once inside, they didn’t seem to have any record of the order and did not have enough shawarma for what we needed. They ended up doing all chicken plates, but struggled to understand needing a vegetarian plate. We ultimately did not leave the restaurant until after 12:30. While waiting for our order, many people walked in and were ignored by the staff or told multiple different lengths of wait time and left. I understand why. The food was not bad, but was lukewarm due to the long wait and kind of burnt.
