Not only did they not have our take out order ready when we arrived, we had to wait another 45 min for our order to be ready. When we got our order, they messed it up and we had to wait again before we finally got our food. Very disappointed with this service and won't be coming back. We were told they would comp our order and then never did. I've never left a 1-star review, but after this service, this place doesn't deserve anything but 0 stars.
The place is not clean, not recommended, the washroom is broken and looks very bad. In addition this place is overpriced

I have been to this restaurant for the first time with a suggestion because they were good before ( like 5-6 years ago) unfortunately I had a bad experience. We had chicken shawarma wrap and the bread was cold and chewy. Taste was okay nothing special for the price. And the restaurant is so dirty, everything was so dirty about it. I would never come again.

I wish I could give -28283738282 stars, I normally don’t care about service or atmosphere just food quality, this place enraged me. Waited 30 mins while two staff lazily watched the other one run around working like crazy. Gave my order, then was told I didn’t order from the right person but they accepted all the orders from other people who ordered from the same person.
Disgusting.

Ordered food for a specific time, arrived and the order hadn't even been started. Once home I realized they didn't get the order right, so I called and got terrible customer service. The food we did get was cold, and all the food was overpriced and mediocre at best. I don't know how this place survives. Won't ever go back and reccomend no else does either.

Not a good experience. Went to pick up a catering order. Arrived a few minutes early (around 11:00am for an 11:15am pick up) and found they were not even open. The employee couldn’t even get in. We had to wait for about half an hour for someone to show up and unlock the door. Once inside, they didn’t seem to have any record of the order and did not have enough shawarma for what we needed. They ended up doing all chicken plates, but struggled to understand needing a vegetarian plate. We ultimately did not leave the restaurant until after 12:30. While waiting for our order, many people walked in and were ignored by the staff or told multiple different lengths of wait time and left. I understand why. The food was not bad, but was lukewarm due to the long wait and kind of burnt.

What a disaster. Let's go through the list of issues.
1. Showed up at the time arranged to pick up the meal. They hadn't even started. Woops... Forgot.
2. After 10 minutes of preparing my order they tell me they have no falafel. They offer to replace it and I ask for more chicken shish kebab. They give me the cheaper shawarma which I did not want. Eventually gave me one skewer in addition too.
3. The skewers are literally 4 small pieces of chicken for $12! Huge rip off.
4. The sides like coleslaw are tiny. Low value.
5. After trying to make good on the missing falafel they wound up forgetting fried eggplant which I never got.
Last time there. This was take out. Inside.... Hot as an oven and far from clean. Take your chances. Never again for me.

Very disappointing. The food was eminently mediocre (I took a shawarma wrap). I took a grilled chicken plate for take out that they charged me $40 for and they begrudgingly agreed to thrown in French fries because I took hummus. No israeli salad was available. The venue was far from clean. The mixed salads were not plentiful and did not provide for much variety. The staff was completely aloof and acted like this was the last place they wanted to be. To be honest I was hoping for the type of experience one gets in Hallandale at a place like Humus Achla or even in Montreal at Chez Benny/Benny&Fils. But it really wasn’t all that great. Sorry, I don’t like writing negative reviews but that is the impression that I came away with.
