Loved their food again! Servers seem too busy by group tables and overwhelmed. They don't have limes for drinks!! Too bad that we went to the next door for drinksThis place is still great for a meal, but maybe not for a night out of drinks ?

The 4 flavour fried chicken is a little disappointing - many strips of batter or battered skin with no meat. Really enjoyed the pork belly pasta and rosé tteokbokki. The seafood pancake is average..

Food to the vibes, it checks off everythingAs soon as you enter you immediately get the vibes of the place and know it’s gonna be good. Step in a bit more and see that beautiful looking bar and opens up to the dining area with lots of seatingLots of drinks available that there’s gonna be a flavour for everyone. They have makgeolli fr house mad to bottle which is another deadly drink just like soju where it can just sneak up on youThe food was great. Ordered a mixed platter and the assortment of Korean fried chicken. Everything was fresh and crispy and really impressed usOf course we had to get the corn cheese and they also have complimentary shrimp chips and popcorn as soon as you sit downService was great. Waitress was attentive to our needs and and very friendlyParking can be a bit tough since this is at the corner of Yonge and sheppard. There’s street parking available and as well green p’s close by. Would try avoiding parking at the Yonge sheppard centre as it can get expensive parking thereGreat job overall!

There's something magical about Yonge Street after dark, and Ehwa Uptown captures that essence perfectly. My friends and I, always on the lookout for our next late-night haunt, decided to give Ehwa a try around 1 AM. To our delight, the place was buzzing with energy, yet we were lucky enough to have reserved a table for our sizable group of 12.From the moment we stepped in, the service at Ehwa was nothing short of stellar. Despite the bustling crowd, our drinks and a tantalizing array of Korean dishes arrived at our table with surprising speed. It's not every day you find a spot that combines efficiency with such a warm atmosphere, making every guest feel special despite the late hour.Ehwa's ambiance is a perfect blend of cozy and lively, providing the ideal setting for late-night conversations and laughter among friends. But what truly sets Ehwa apart is its menu. The Korean cuisine here is authentic and flavorful, with each dish designed to complement the drinks menu perfectly. Whether you're in the mood for some hearty meals or just light snacks to pair with your drinks, Ehwa has you covered. For anyone wandering Yonge Street in search of a lively spot for late-night drinks and delicious Korean food, Ehwa Uptown is a must-visit. The combination of great food, drinks, and the welcoming vibe makes it a standout choice for night owls and foodies alike. My friends and I are already planning our next visit, eager to explore more of what Ehwa has to offer. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.

Unlike the downtown restaurant, this location features better food and better services. Quite surprised by the quality and very attentive service!

Food was delicious! Stand outs were corn cheese, scallop, beef tartare, and rose tteokbokki. I'd skip the chungyang cream pasta. The spice was overpowering and we couldn't taste the truffle. Nice vibes and

Update your Uptown location hours, as IT IS INCORRECT on both Google and the store front. Went there Tuesday March 5th around 3pm (as it was stated on Google and the store front door, open from 11am to 3am, except on Mondays), but the store was closed and no explanation why it was closed (lights were turned off)

Ehwa is an absolute delight! The atmosphere is upbeat and modern, perfect for a night out. The food quality and portion sizes are exceptional – every dish exceeded expectations. The service was prompt and attentive, enhancing the overall experience. I highly recommend trying the chicken buldak – it's a standout dish! If you're looking for a top-notch, fancy Korean restaurant, Ehwa is the place to go. A definite must-visit!

Comes for the vibes, stay for the food! Came here with a reservation on a weeknight and the place was full. Every single table was occupied and service was quite slow. Our food took a long time to come out. We also saw that other tables got bowls of popcorn and shrimp chips but realized our server had forgotten to give us some. The food was pretty good here and is a different menu/ vibe from the Ehwa downtown locations. Here's what we got and what I thought of it: Honeycomb Makguli 3/5 - It comes with a piece of honeycomb per order. It does sweeten the makguli but I would probably pass on this next time. It was hard to get the honeycomb piece to consume. Combination of Four FLavours Chicken in One 5/5 - Fried chicken served with four flavours of soy sauce with green oion, supreme yannyum, wasabi mayo and corn cheese. Absolutely loved the variety of this and was so good for sharing. Rosé Tteokbokki 5/5 - Korean style ricecakes in a rose sauce. We added glass noodles for an additional $3. Super creamy, spicy and chewy ricecakes. Budaejjiae (army stew) 5/5 - Loved this, was like a warm hug. Super spicy and came with spam, sausage, kimchi, vegetables. Chungyang Cream Pasta 3/5 - Can skip this. Creamy pasta sauce but the pork is dry on top and didn't really compliment each other well. Caribi Cheese Gui 3/5 - Another one of those dishes that you can probably skip. It was okay but nothing too special. Ehwa Mini Salad 3.5/5 - A good balance since everything else is so spicy. Spaghetti with clam (on a hot pot with soup) 4/5 - It's good and the soup was flavourful. It's spicy but had lots of clam pieces that made it so good for sharing! Glad to have checked this place out. The interior is nice and vibey. Whereas now I know which food items I'll order again and which ones I'll skip.
