I use to go to this shawarma place religiously around 5-7 years ago. I used to love this place and put so many people on because it was so good!! They always used to stuff the pita until it started breaking at the seams, ingredients were fresh and they gave decent portions for its pricing.
I was in the area and had a chicken sandwich and I was so disappointed. I couldn’t even finish my shawarma sandwich because it completely tasted different. The vegetables were not fresh, the meat was dry, they changed the tzatziki/garlic sauce and it just isn’t the same. Quality went down, garlic potatoes are mushy and greasy, pita was dry, chicken isn’t seasoned like it used to be and I don’t think I would ever come back unfortunately. So sad

After expressing to the staff we had a severe egg allergy within the group, they still proceeded to serve us a wrap with sauce that contained eggs in it, after telling us the sauce had no egg. After telling them about an allergic reaction that took place, they didn’t take accountability and proceeded to charge us for a new item without eggs. Very unprofessional.

Incredibly fresh ingredients and it showed in the taste of my falafel sandwich. Lots of toppings premade and about 5 staff members working behind the counter made for a quick and easy order. The combo was 11.49 which is very affordable these days.
Came across this place in a must try restaurants in Toronto list but don’t get what the hype is. We got a mixed shawarma, chicken shawarma wraps and potatoes. Service was good and the ingredients were fresh but the wraps were nothing special. Wish they heated/ pressed them after so it’s not cold. These are pita pocket style wraps so it’s messy and for one for the wraps, half the ingredients were in the bag.

The shawarma was closer to a bleached bland salad bowl with 4 morsels of shaved chicken on it. The stuffed pita is all they’ve got going for them, everything in it tasted like water
