Most rude staff and owner! Also, It took forever for 3 customers to get their food. If you can, please try and go to another location of this food chain. I would never come back to this location for sure.

They list LOADED nachos on Uber eats as having jalapenos, pico de gallo, tequila lime sauce, sour cream, salsa and cheese, but the cheese is the ONLY topping we received. Now we're fighting to get our money back. Re-train your employees or stop lying to your customers for money.

Worker was wearing gloves which is good but also handling cash, cooking, handling ingredients, the grill, my burrito so might as well not wear gloves.
I know it's wasteful to change the gloves every time but it should be done or think of a better system
The ingredient trays were also messy, just poor hygiene practices all around

Just went in today at 3.35pm July 30th, never seen a station this dirty, there was two staff, how do you expect someone to buy food from here if it isn't clean, I paid $30 to eat leftovers.

I had a really disappointing experience at the 2538 Weston Rd. location.
When I paid for my meal, I was given all my change, $2.70, in dimes. Seriously? That’s not just ridiculous, it’s completely inconvenient & frustrating.
On top of that, there are no washrooms available, which is unacceptable, especially for families, seniors, or anyone with health needs.
To make things worse, they charge extra for green salsa, even though you don’t have to pay for red salsa. That just feels like they’re nickel & diming customers for no reason.
I hope management takes this seriously. Customers deserve basic respect & better service. I walked out frustrated & won’t be returning unless things change.

There's no bathroom or tables to eat on the only table. They have to eat on is outside with no umbrella. I had to use the restroom outside behind the store by the garbage because they had no washrooms there and I'm on medication and I really need to use the bathroom if I have to. And unfortunately there was none the store. There's no tables that you can eat on. It's really, really sad.
