I went with my young daughters expecting a better experience than a quick McDonald’s run, but unfortunately, it was a big mistake. The restaurant was freezing. The setup makes things worse: there are two exit doors and one entrance door, so every time someone comes in or out, icy air rushes in and turns the place into a freezer. It got so cold that we actually had to stop eating halfway through our meal because my kids were uncomfortable. I asked the staff if they could turn on the heater, but they told me they have no control over it and that only the building management can adjust the heating. Very disappointing experience, especially for families with children. This place is simply not suitable during winter.

when you take the order, it might b better to confirm that the regular menu comes with 2 patties. also when you make and assemble burgers in the open kitchen., it might be better to not talk or chit chat over the food to make it sanitary. all staffs look happy and quiet friendly. the place look cozy and was full of people for lunch time. i dunno why but the bun was soggy when i got the burger. but it was quiet good. I got..so much fries. very generous portion! will try other menu sometimes! liked free peanuts too

I don't come here often as I find it's quite over priced. Last time I came here, the woman asked me if I'm ready to order. I literally just walked inside and I wasn't ready. When I told her to give me a moment to check the menu, seconds later she asked me again. The burger was okay for me, nothing amazing. I do like their fries. I recommend, if you come here get their little fries because they have you a small amounts that fits in the cup and more, which ends up being a lot to finish.

Have ordered here numerous times over last few years with no issue but last night our whole family came down with wicked food poisoning from a meal here. Can’t say exactly which item but all four of us have been violently ill since about five hours after eating the food. Hopefully just a one time thing because this is terrible.

Had the worst burger today. The cook is like a trainee, the cheese was not cooked at all and is not melted, the patty is so underseasoned. The pickles lack flavor. Weird.
i won’t come back i’ll skip five guys all together after this, I think the business should consider diversifying its staff, i think it would bring you more return business. anyways they served me fries that weren’t hot felt like they were sitting around the whole time they were cooking by burger and i can’t eat fries that aren’t fresh and hot , the burger was okay but waiting for the burger, my head started spinning listening to the employees speaking to one another in whatever language they speak. the worst Five Guys experience ive had.
