We love good burgers, and Five Guys is one of the greatest burger places we've tried. Their burgers are super tasty and big enough to make a hungry human being full and satisfied. One of the options we really love is to wrap your burger in lettuce instead of buns. It's surprisingly good.

This was our second visit to Five Guys in Canada, and it was just as great as the first. We were warmly welcomed with a kind and cheerful smile that instantly. Her positive energy truly brightened our day, and we’re so grateful for the wonderful service she provided. Its now just a glorified Indian restaurant. Only 2 indian employees speaking punjabi, small portions now and terrible odours. Very disappointing.

I must say, this was a huge disappointment!! I tried five guys in Paris before and it was amazing. Sadly , this place doesn’t even come close. Walked in to the store, only to get someone taking our order after almost 15 minutes of waiting. Waited for the order almost 30 minutes, order was missing toppings, burger didn’t have any taste, the bun wasn’t fresh. This is by far one of the wort burgers I’ve had. Very poor service, no attention to detail and taste is sub par !!!

I placed an order ( burger) and, after 15 minutes, asked them what happened to my food; the guy said sorry, I can make it now. It takes another 10 minutes. The restaurant had only three tables; five employees were there, and they had nothing to do. I was very disappointed the first time. None of the staff have name tags. I asked the supervisor what is your name? And he said I can not tell you.
I left the restaurant without eating because I had a meeting and left.
I think the owner of the franchise head office team should visit this store and retrain them on how to manage the orders and, at the same time, take care of the customers,

Updating my review from 5 star to 1 , I ordered a hamberger and it was burnt, I asked them for another one or a refund but they did not accept it and said this is how supposed to be, I will never order anything at this location again , I was a regular customer here and everyone knows whats the difference between a welldone hamburger and a burnt one, please check the photoes

Ordered burger, fries, gravy and shake via a food delivery service. The burger was decent, the shake great but the fries and gravy both unbelievable salty ( and I am a salt user). I have ordered from here before and ot had this issue.
