I feel so bad about this place, not only the food is frustrating but also the service is so bad. The lady was serving another person while my order was ready sitting on the table, she asked me to wait until she's finished because she was the only person who was around. That's pretty funny because right after another staff came out, so I asked her to get the food for me. I was taking the food about to leave. You know what she said next? Don't forget to confirm your order. Omg. She seemed like a boss to me, presenting cold throughout the whole process. I don't even get the point of waiting. I never saw this in other restaurants where they always served pick-up orders first because they were way more ready. No one treated me like a boss like what she did. The food is also just ok standard, I don't expect anything beyond average from her attitude. They only care about themselves.

The service is really bad. I went there on the morning of the 25th. The two waiters acted as if I owed her money. There was no price tag on a box lunch. They ignored me when I asked how much it cost. If it wasn't for something, who would spoil the two of you? I'm speechless. I've never seen this kind of service attitude in Toronto.

Today I was unlucky enough to meet a woman in her 40s. She has long black hair and a southern accent. Her service attitude is truly speechless. The boss really hires everyone. It feels like a typical one who thinks that if you are right, it is everyone else's fault. If If you want to be taught, you can seek her services 🙂

I gave three stars because I didn’t eat at all. Yesterday I saw the blind box ordered by my colleague and it felt good. I was planning to go there today, but I searched for the location and saw the reviews. I sorted by recent and was shocked. Whether it tastes good or not depends on it. Personally, but almost all the one-star reviews point to the service attitude, which makes people afraid to try it. Wait until this store gets better before going there. I went there once after the rectification and asked the lady at the front desk if I could pay via WeChat. The lady said yes, bought two lunch boxes and took them away, and also gave me a tip. The more I thought about it on the way, the more wrong it became, and I felt that it wouldn’t be right in other words. At that time, the exchange rate was 5.1, but I couldn't calculate it by 5.2. In the end, I calculated it as 5.3, which was still too much... I called and asked, and the eldest sister said it was 5.35. She said she had always charged this way when the exchange rate was high, and she was too lazy to change... I Go...you're quite good at it, why don't you count by 6...you can count more, after all, the exchange rate changes...but at least tell me that you accept tips readily~

I was very disappointed with this store's fish flavored eggplant. Although the fish-flavored eggplant is a Sichuan dish, their spiciness is too spicy. Not everyone can tolerate such a strong spiciness, especially when the dish is supposed to be about a balance of sour and sweet. I hope you can clarify the spiciness level in the dish description, or provide future customers with the choice of different spiciness levels.

Good place but for some reason the place few weeks ago it randomly closes on some days and there’s nothing explaining why they are closed when on google it shows they are open.
