Important note!All locations are different. Which I don't understand. All locations are under the same company, so I would have thought the menu would be the same for consistency. I only went to this location because it was closer. I was craving the flavour from another location though. While the menu was different, i figured it would still taste as mouth-wateringly good. Wrong of me to assume I guess.Also, check the signs on the door because they apparently don't accept debit. But dont worry, theres an atm conveniently there in case you forget smh.For the entire place theres 1, maybe 2 people serving (one of them being behind the bar for the most part). It gets pretty busy because of the big groups that go (at least when I went). Ok np but they need to better manage the floor. People shouldn't have to wait so long just to order or to pay the bill. People had to literally go up to the server to pay.The other thing is that the food is mid. If that. I appreciate the charbroiled burger. Very yummy. I dont appreciate that you have to add sauce to the burger yourself. If you can put it in a container, it costs nothing to put it directly on the burger upon request. The house chips (potato wedges) are not good. Some are cooked to crispy perfection. While most other pieces of wedges are not soft throughout, and quite frankly dry. The soft drinks are also watered down.Idk if i just got them on a bad day. But make sure you read the reviews before making your decision. Also maybe try the dishes recommend by the reviews, especially if its your first time there.

I have been going to the Fox and Fiddle for years and the last 2 times I’ve been disappointed with the service. I went in with my family and the service was absolutely awful the waitress was busy talking to the other girl there. Our waitress never came to see if all was well with our orders, no checking if we needed refills, I had to get up and fill up our 3 glasses with water. We waited 30 mins for our bill to come to where my son went to remind her that we were still waiting for the bill. The sad part was that it was not even busy there is no excuse for this to have happened.I’m extremely disappointed on how this bar is being run and quality to attention the wait staff are carrying out. Highly doubt that I will return to that location

I ordered the chicken clubhouse for delivery. It was absolutely horrible disgusting. The chicken was not cooked properly, it was like rubber with a burnt grilled taste on the outside. It was not real chicken. It was like fake chicken. The bread was wet and soggy. I used to love this sandwich in the past. It was my favorite. But now, I would NEVER buy or eat it again.

For the last 15 years it had been one of my favorite places, until today. At 4.30pm I ordered food using a delivery app for 8.30pm and they accepted the order. At 8pm when I was waiting and checked the delivery status at the app to know if was on the way, they canceled at 7.30pm. That is unacceptable ? why didn't they just cancel the order hours earlier when I placed it. Now at 8.30pm I have to start to cook just for the irresponsibility of this place. I'm completely disappointed.
