Fresh Burger Steeles & Woodbine

This is the second negative experience from this Fresh burger location specifically. First time they were so stingy with the fries compared to the Leslie location. This time the double fresh burgers we got were so tiny, there's noway it was 8oz of meat, probably why it was buy 1 get 1 free deal, last time I get sucked into that plus the fries were undercooked. I will only buy from Leslie location moving forward!

Average overpriced burger with bad fries (pretty much every fry has dark spots on it). Dirty floors. Crumbles on the table tops.

Was my first visit. Nothing special! The burger is of a below medium quality. Only ketchup is served as free add ons. Good to try for one time not more!! I hope the quality upgrades and service gets better.

I often go to Fresh Burger, and I’ve already been to two of their locations, this is my third one. I usually don’t write reviews, but their burgers are so delicious, and this location impressed me right away, one of the best I’ve ever had. The veggies were super fresh and crunchy, and the fries were delicious as well. As for the customer service, Sajan helped us and he was super friendly.

I love fresh burger. Ordered 2 for 1 special. My wife found darn hair inside burger. She lost her appetite and I ate hers. Come on fresh burger. I love you but need quality control.

My daughter and I visited Fresh Burger near Steeles & Woodbine. It’s was an overall decent value. For $13.95, you get a 4oz burger, a generous portion of freshly cut homemade fries, and a canned drink. It was nice to see combo pricing, which many burger places skip. The burger was tasty: a sweet bun, saucy and fresh. Nothing extraordinary, but satisfying. The fries were crispy, fresh, and there were plenty of them! Everything came in a simple bag, and the service and ambiance was about average, no complaints. I’ll would like to go back to try the Cali fries, which sound a lot like In-N-Out’s animal style fries, yummy! A spicy burger option on the menu would definitely get us coming back too!
