The first time I ordered from here I wasn't very impressed and decided not to return. However, as the night was getting late after years of my last visit, we were going to drive by and I thought why not. The burger joint was opened until 8pm and I could order online. Upon arrival, all the food was ready to go and in their paper bags before the scheduled time. This was pretty nice. I go to five guys more often and they are almost always late on their orders so this was a nice change. We ordered the 4oz and the 6oz fresh burger. The 4oz was definitely more of my size. The 6oz is a hefty patty. Although all the contents otherwise was the same, I felt like the 4oz had the same good flavour without too much meat. The sauce by the way is more like a mac sauce if you were wondering. The fries were your typical crispy fries that were fresh cut. I always enjoy the little bits that get smashed and have crispy ends. Overall, I had a much better experience and will most likely return!

My first time eating from Fresh Burger and I definitely recommend it. The service was great (Hem) food was super tasty and fresh, fries were delicious. Cost is reasonable for what you are getting. Try it! you won't be disappointed.Vegetarian options: Fresh vegetable toppings

If you don’t have work ethics, stop working and stop harassing customers. So called manager was so rude and don’t know how to talk with people. Pathetic ?Addressing your reply: I am an uber eats driver and got an order at your store for pickup. I arrived at your store and enquired about the order. The other employee was nicely talking to me and told me that it will take 5-7 minutes. I said okay and asked again for reconfirming that it will be done in 7 minutes. Then that so called manager came in between conversation and rudely told me that in their system it shows 11 minutes ETA and lectured me about my job but on my side the ETA is 2 minutes.I politely told him that I was not talking to him and he said he was the manager there and showed his arrogance. And finally he gave 1star on my job platform where I gave 1 star here on Google. Thank you

One of the best burgers I've had in a while. Incredibly friendly team that was working with urgency to get orders out quickly during a very busy lunch time, and I can see why. The burger was juicy and packed full of flavour. They aren't made frozen patty's making them taste extra fresh. To top it off, the fries were delicious! I will definitely be back for more.

I happens to have two coupons which gave burger drink and fries we got combo 4 which is 12oz prime burger with fries and drink with lettuce tomato, cheese, fresh burger sauce, pickles and onions, the burger was massive right when we came in the worker greeted us with a smile. The burger was massive easily two people can eat one burger I would say it was one of the best burgers I ever tasted, that sauce they put is incredible and a ton of fries, and they have complimentary Cajun spice and hot sauce. When I took a first bite of the burger I felt like I was in heaven but careful that's where you will be if you eat too much of this stuff, all kidding aside, really tasty burger friendly staff, I hope all those fake burger places like McDonald's get shut down and fresh burger takes over.

Delicious Prime burger. It's a 6oz. A Fresh Burger is 4oz - that's the only difference between the two so easy menu. I love this place and will continue coming here. The burger is amazing and the staff are very friendly. I used the pick up uber bogo and the staff even helped me navigate as it was my first time ordering through my app. Thanks for a great meal and experience Jenny and Kai.
