“Absolutely delicious! This burger joint has quickly become one of my favorites. The burgers are perfectly cooked with juicy patties, fresh toppings, and a variety of tasty sauces that make each bite a flavor explosion. The buns are soft yet sturdy enough to hold everything together. The fries are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside – just the way I love them. The service is always friendly and fast, and the atmosphere is casual but welcoming. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an amazing burger experience!”

Reasonably-priced, fast and friendly service, as well as a nice location. Definitely recommend as a North York Central burger option, only would prefer if they had a vegetarian option other than the current one, as it’s very one-note and just not as good as the beef burgers. I’m sure there can be a great one soon!
Vegetarian options: Missing a good vegetarian option: the one available is a mushroom burger that’s literally cooked mushrooms, which can be a bit slimy and is nowhere as good as their beef burgers.

This afternoon, I had the most disappointing experience with Fresh Burger at 5025 Yonge Street. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but today I was absolutely disgusted to find a hair in my burger. It was such a letdown, especially from a place I’ve always trusted for quality. I expected better from a spot that’s been a go-to for me, and this incident really shook my confidence in their standards.

I order online for pickup and arrive 5 mins early. I tell them I ordered on ritual and they say ok but it’s going to take 10 mins… my response was ok good I have 10 mins. So rude. I watch them cook the whole time. He carelessly flips a patty and it falls apart.. doesn’t care. It’s almost done and he smashes it again pushing out all the juiciness. Then he pokes holes all over the patty just to really make sure it’s dry. The fries: they have a rubbermaid garbage bin with tons of fires inside. They have mountains of trays of fries that have been fried once. Who knows how long they been on the trays. I think they are preparing fries for the next 24 hours! I watch them deep fry really old fries. The fries were not crispy even though I ate them within 5 mins and they tastes gross. On top of everything, found a hair in my burger. STAY AWAY from this place!

Ordered late night and every ingredient was fresh and made quickly. Burger is crispy the way I like it and well seasoned, fries are fresh cut which is nice for a 24 hr place. Highly recommend.
Today was my cheat day to have a burger, it was going well until i picked a black hair out of the cooked meat ? it was so hard to finish the burger afterwards ? And the burger is quite small for the price you're paying.

Thought I left a review already but I guess not. Best burger I have ever had. I get the double fresh burger with carmelized onions, mushrooms and bacon added, as well as a poutine and I have never had a better burger. Pickup price is not bad at all as well for the quality you are getting.
I was there last Saturday and it was an awful experience. The meat was burnt and the staff were so rude. Don’t waste your money by going to this dirty place. They have to train their staff and cashier how to behave with their customers.
