Fresh Cup - Bubble Tea Store

Fresh Cup Bubble Tea & Cafe is one of those spots that quietly gets everything right. The drinks are consistently fresh, well balanced, and clearly made with care. The bubble tea has great flavour without being overly sweet, and the texture of the pearls is always on point.
The café itself has a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere that makes it easy to sit, chat, or just take a break from the day. The staff are friendly, patient, and happy to help with recommendations if you’re unsure what to try.
Prices are very reasonable for the quality, and the menu offers a nice variety beyond just bubble tea, which makes it a great place whether you want a quick drink or a small treat. Definitely a spot worth revisiting and recommending to friends.

I purchased a mango smoothie today and i was so disappointed. It costed me $10 and it was literally shit. The drink was sour and i also got it with lychee jelly and it was sour as hell. I have never had jelly that sour. I think the ingredients was bad and after 3 sips it gave me stomachache. I felt sick and i had to throw the drink. I literally would not even give it 1 star.

If I could give my experience 0 stars, I would. I ordered a regular milk bubble tea with tapioca pearls. To begin with the colour of the bubble tea looked oddly strange and unpleasant. Once I tasted this bubble tea, I immediately went to the bathroom to spit it out because the milk had tasted spoiled and sour, and the tapioca pearls were hard, which is something I’ve never experienced before. All in all the experience of ordering and tasting this bubble tea was absolutely horrid. I don’t know if owners have changed recently or their quality of products are just not right, but they should really consider checking their products or restocking.

Very disappointing experience.
The place was extremely dirty and poorly maintained. The quality of both the drink and the croissant was very poor. I genuinely felt like I wasted my money. I was not satisfied at all — neither with the level of cleanliness, nor with the quality of the products, nor with the staff’s behavior. I would not recommend this place.

I purchased a piña colada smoothie from your location today, and unfortunately I’m very disappointed with the quality.
I used to come here frequently in 2019–2020, and the smoothie back then tasted completely different—in a good way. At that time, there was a Chinese lady working there who prepared the drinks very well, and the quality was always consistent.
The smoothie I received today tastes very unpleasant, nothing like what I remember. It also has not melted at all after over an hour, and there are hard pieces that I can still feel while drinking it, which makes it very uncomfortable.
This is not the experience I was expecting, especially since I’ve had much better quality from this place before.
I wanted to share this feedback and hope the issue can be looked into.
