I used to eat at freshii 3 days a week u til I retired. After yrs I returned to freshii today at dufferin and steeles. I was surprised the boards was off and I cd not see the menu or calories. I asked abt it and the server said it was not working. And she was quite impatient and agitated. Another server came and I asked her abt the menu board and she immediately turned it on. I was able to order now. I haven’t tried the food yet after years. Hopefully it’s as good as it was. I just wanted to relate my experience at this location. I wd recommend you try another location where they keep the menu board on.

As far as fast food goes, Freshii is pretty good. I come here often and for the price and convenience, I like it. You what I never realized though? The word Freshii ends with the letter I, but it makes an ‘e’ sound. Weird. Speaking of weird, while I was sitting eating my sesame crunch wrap, a customer came into Freshii and ordered two eggs. That’s it. I don’t even know if they were hard boiled. And that’s no yolk. #dadjoke. But this really did happen. I hope she likes her eggs. They play a lot of Marron 5 on the speakers here. I wonder if Adam Levine in is kahoots with the Freshii people. Guess we’ll never know

I feel bad because the woman working there was very kind, so hopefully this can be used as a learning experience…My fruit bowl was like soup! I literally drank it from the bowl! The noodles in my soup were so hard I had to boil water to add to the noodles to soften them! Very disappointing!

I recently visited Freshie and had an amazing experience! The chicken pocket with cheese and tomato soup were absolutely delicious, and the bowl was a perfect complement. The service was outstanding, especially thanks to Glaiza, who was incredibly helpful in choosing our food. Highly recommend this place for a fantastic meal!

One of the best Freshii locations! When I order uber eats I pay extra delivery fee (there are other ones closer to me) just to have this location delivered because they always put a good quantity of food in the bowl unlike other locations. Staff is very friendly and makes bowls with care. I used to work near this location and go all the time for lunch. Unfortunately I’ve moved offices but I will continue to order on uber eats from here!

Terrible service. They make delivery drivers wait 30 mins because they say walk in are priorities. Should not take any delivery orders then!!

Ordered a chicken tikka bowl. Paid for chicken but didn't get any chicken on the bowl. Staff is too lazy and does not read the order carefully while preparing it.
