had to sit in my car to eat as this location did not have their a/c on even though it was in the 40f range outside. How can any business expect employees to work in these temperatures? How can they expect customers to enjoy a meal in this temperature? The answer is they dont care as long as the cash register is ringing.

I ordered a Spicy Buffalo Bowl with both chicken and beef through an online order for pickup last Friday. Unfortunately, when I picked up my order and got home, I realized it was missing the beef, which I had paid extra for.
This was disappointing since I chose and paid for that extra protein option, and it was completely left out. I tried to enjoy the meal but it wasn’t what I ordered.
I hope the store can double-check orders in the future, especially for paid add-ons, to avoid disappointing customers.
