My food was not fresh at all. My lettuce and kale had black leaves. My lime wedge was moldy. I'm not sure if it was an off day for them but normally I like freshii as a chain but I will be avoiding this one.

Placed an order online only to be told at the store that POS is not working so we cannot make your order. I had to pay again at the store as they refused to make my order by looking at my phone or issue a refund. I have placed an online report for a refund over a week now and have not heard anything back. Visited the store again to inquire about the situation and they told me we can’t do anything. I have been a regular customer with them for over 3 years now and all the staff knows me yet got such a bad treatment. Not returning ever again.

Love that this Freshii is open late! Super convenient since it’s right by Finch Station – perfect for grabbing something healthy on the way home. The food was fresh and tasty, and the lady working there was so friendly and considerate. She made the visit even better. Definitely coming back here!

I love this place . The food is yummy and healthy . You have food options right from 10 cad till 20 cad . Have tried their lunch menu many times and always loved it . Though can’t say the same for their cold pressed juice .
During busy work weeks, I takeout from this Freshii location 3-4x and it's my go-to spot if I want something quick, delicious, relatively-healthy, and easy on the wallet.
The staff here are amazing; seems like Soph is always working there and she is just so pleasant to deal with!
On top of that the ingredients have ALWAYS been fresh and the portions have been more than generous, so I'm not exactly sure what some of these reviews are talking about.
The amount of times I've gone, there have been a couple of times where a mistake was made with my order, but they've ALWAYS made it right. Customer service is amazing here.
Also, they often have great deals to take advantage of, so picking up a few meals for dinner makes it a better choice than cooking, if you're on a busy schedule certain nights.
