Ordered chipotle cheddar bowl through Uber. The store looks dirty and dark. Big portion but this is more of bibimbap than salad bowl. It was 80% rice and 10% green onions and the rest are veggies. They didn’t even bothered to chop the green onions properly. As an asian who love to cook and eat green onions everyday, it was my first time realizing green onions can be spicy.

I visited Freshi at York mills today (July 26th) at 8:50 PM and asked for a wrap. The two ladies working the shift informed us that the kitchen was closed and they could only make salads because they were closing in 10 minutes and had already started to pack everything. This left me confused and disappointed. If the store is open until a certain time, it should be able to provide full service until closing. If they can make a salad, why can’t they make a wrap? ??♀️??♀️This was my first time visiting this location, and we felt really bad about the experience.

Unfortunately this is one of the worst Freshii's I've ever been to. The food quality and service is just not up to standard with other locations. Ontop of that, I mobile ordered to this location yesterday at 8:20 PM, with payment processed and status updated indicating the order was being worked on and be ready by 8:44 PM - this ended with me showing up at that time, and only then on the restaurant window, it showed updated hours for closing at 8:00 PM. How is this possible that Google, THE APP still showed closing at 9:00 PM and allows ordering still? Most outrageous experience I have ever had with Freshii. Waste of my time driving there to find out it was already closed. Unbelievable.

The portions are significantly smaller than other locations I've been to. I'd recommend just going to another location to get food.
This location doesn't look like any other Freshiis I've been to. It looks more like a cheap grab and go fast food joint and doesn't give the healthy food vibes at all. Also the Oaxaca bowl I ordered had way too much sauce, it kinda defeats the purpose of eating healthy.

Unfortunately the last 2 times we ordered there the ingredients are disappointing. The greens, the proteins, etc. At $86 for 3 people I expect way more. Or at least the old Freshii quality.

This store should close down! Dishonest!!!! I paid 10bucks for a smoothie and she said she gave me a large while the cup was small. Not worth fighting, just walked away. I use to go to other locations all the time for the smoothies and I know it was not right!
