I am horrified to report that I found a piece of plastic in my freshii bowl yesterday at the York Mills Centre. After telling the staff about it, they simply asked if I would like a new bowl and then half-apologized as an afterthought. I have no idea how many more pieces there were and if I already ingested some.Really disappointed in the food quality and service.
Placed my order, watched the cashier handle cash and change with his gloves then proceeded to make my meal with the same gloves. Disgusting.

Disgusting food nothing here is fresh. This franchise should not be in business. Food poisoning and mistreatment of employees is their specialty.

I was sick for two to three days after having a gluten contamination from eating here. I had checked if a certain bowl was indeed gluten-free when I was ordering and the young girl at the cash said yes it was. She then prepared my meal along with a gluten pita for another customer at the same time using the same gloves and cross-contamination obviously occurred and I will never trust this franchise again unfortunately.

Poor quality. Small portions. Buddha bowl had maybe 2 tablespoons of sauce so really dry and clumpy. I'm glad I was alone in my office. The noodles were raw and clumped w no sauce so my fork lifted the whole puck and I had to ugly eat it. AVOID

I just joined the GoodLife gym in this building & was pleased to see this Freshii was open for lunch. The wonderful, friendly staff was happy to make my personalized bowl. I've eaten at many different Freshii locations, but have to say this was the freshest and best quality items that I've ever had! Delicious! This will become a regular stop as I leave the gym, on my way to healthier living after 2 years of being locked up! Keep up the great service & fresh items! Thank you.
