This is my favorite Freshii location. I order from here through Uber Eats all the time. The food is always great! My only concern is the packaging. The meals usually arrive in a plastic bag tied in a knot, which doesn’t feel secure. It would be reassuring to see tamper-evident or sealed packaging in place, so customers can feel confident their food hasn’t been tampered with during delivery.

Ordered Kale Caesar Salad @ Freshii Yonge Sheppard Centre food court today. It's quite delicious and satisfying meal. The staff here are nice and friendly.Paid with Google pay. Definitely will come again for Freshii healthy foods.

Placed an order with this location for 3 bowls via uber eats. Paid for SEVERAL extra toppings and double toppings. Bill came to $50 which was technically for 2 bowls as they had a 241 promo.
Received bowls FULL TO THE BRIM with tasteless rice and cold gross noodles that were clumped together in a big glob. The topping portions were absolutely laughable - a literal pinch of shredded carrots, 7 pieces of edamame beans and absolutely rotten cucumber which was totally yellow and disintegrating but was hurried under huge chunks of inedible broccoli so it was impossible to tell until you had a mouth full of slimy bitterness. Over hydrated baking soda chicken breast was the cherry on top. Shocking and unacceptable. Oh and of course there were ZERO extra portions of toppings I paid almost $2 each for….. Freshii - Never again.

Missing ingredients/ protein! Ordered a Cobb salad and there was no egg or bacon on it. I asked for olive oil for dressing and this was not on it either. Paid almost $20 for just lettuce and steak!

I recently ordered a salad from this location and was very disappointed with the quality of the ingredients. The salad contained the tough, inedible tips of lettuce and overripe tomatoes that were mushy and unpleasant to eat. This completely ruined my appetite, and I expected much fresher ingredients from a place that prides itself on healthy, quality food. I hope Freshii takes more care in selecting and preparing their ingredients in the future.

For my lunch break I ordered Freshii online so it would be ready right when I got on my break. I live in Stouffville and for whatever reason it ordered to this location. A minute after I placed the order I received a call of which I heard mumbling, so when I said “sorry?” He replied “I’m calling to confirm your Freshii order”, to which I said “oh yes, thank you”. When I got to the Stouffville location I soon found out that I ordered to the wrong location, so I had to reorder at Stouffville and the people at Stouffville Freshii told me to call to get a refund. When I called the guy told me that it was too late to get the full refund because the food was already made and that they called to confirm the location on the phone. So I asked to speak to the manager and the guy on the phone told me that he was the manager. Then I said that I wasn’t too sure about that and would like to speak to his higher up, to that he told me that he actually owns the store. I asked for his name and he said it was “Steven”. Highly doubt that this man is who he said he was because he went from being “supervisor” to “store owner”. Anyways, he didn’t end up giving me the full refund, he was adamant that I should only receive half my money back, although any manager should know that the company would be losing more money over a lost customer than one refund. I reached out to customer services and they gave me my refund instantly. A problem so simple was stringed on because of a rude employee at this location.
