I ordered a mango colada, but what I got was nothing like it. It didn’t taste like coconut at all, and it even came with bubbles, which it’s not supposed to have. Really disappointed with the quality and the attention to detail. Definitely not what I paid for.
Best drink I got today , I don't remember the girl name . But she did great job .I bought bnana smoothie and mix fruit juice .

It was the worst drink I’ve ever tasted, I ordered2 pearl milk teas when I got it they put way less tapioca then in the picture and it tasted horrible like I have never ever tasted something so horrible 1 star. for food I ordered Dubai chocolate strawberry cup and there was only few strawberry’s in it it was full of sauce.

So disgusting, only one lady at the counter doing everything. You pay quickly but you have to wait at least 15 minutes for one juice which is not cheap either. Wake up!!!

The name says “Freshly Squeezed,” but the fruits are not fresh at all. Most of them are frozen, which makes the drinks taste artificial and disappointing. Definitely not what you’d expect from a place with that name.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience during my recent visit. The young woman who served me was wearing a corporate shirt that was visibly dirty and stained—it was genuinely off-putting and raised serious concerns about hygiene. When I politely expressed my disappointment regarding the lack of basic cleanliness, she responded with a dismissive and insincere excuse that only added to my frustration.
To make matters worse, the product we ordered was noticeably inferior compared to previous purchases from this same location. It’s clear that both the quality of service and the standard of products have deteriorated significantly.
This is no longer a place I feel comfortable supporting. I won’t be returning, and I strongly advise others to think twice before doing business here.

I love their drinks at this location but I wish they had updated holiday hours and their phone#. When you call this location it connects to some travel agency snd makes me wonder if they run some scam behind the scene

Everything was nice except for my drink. I ordered the Passion Fruit with mango jelly bubble tea and it tasted horrible. Almost chemical. And the jelly was just orange. It had no flavour at all.
That's sad because my girlfriend's milk tea was amazing!

We went here and got sugar cane juice. It was the first time trying sugarcane juice for me and it was decent at best. They didn't serve it cold, and while it was warm, it didn't taste that great. The hygiene here was not good as the people working did not wear gloves.

I ordered the Blue Harvest which included beets, blueberry, kale and spinach. You would think that for $8+ for a small they would use real fruit. Well, instead of fresh blueberries they used a purple coloured liquid. The drink was a brown colour instead of dark purple. It was awful tasting and the fact that they use paper straws instead of plastic, made the drink taste even worse. Never going back to this place.
first of all the staff are not nice , they do not say thank you ,and even when you say thank you they
don't respond at all.
i ordered pearl milk tea, test was awful , second the label is so hard to break, when i was trying to insert the straw my glass broke and all tea pure on pants and shoe. the staff they start laughing and talking to each other , i was leaving then one of them call me and said we give you another one,. i said thank you and sorry but the label is so hard to break . no respond at all, it seems i was talking to the wall.
never aging i will shop from this store in fairview mall. the staff don't know anything about customer service.
The staff on duty lacked professionalism, both in their attitude and in their appearance.
There are always two girls at this store. They don’t wear gloves or hair caps like other stores. So there is basically no hygiene.
One of the girls made my smoothie which is not filled to the top and also it’s like running water.
I ordered dates and banana smoothie.
What I got is a watery drink which barely has taste of banana or dates.
The girl who served me wisely called out “banana and dates”, handed me the straw and then she directly handed me the drink. To elaborate she was hiding the cup of this nasty drink in her left hand which is not filled to the top and just like that handed to me so nobody gets to see that it’s not filled.
I was kinda surprised and could not question her immediately. I walked away and did not open the drink for atleast 15-20 mins cause it’s super super cold that would make anybody sick. From the image you can see the drink looks like coffee more than like a smoothie. This girl lacked hygiene, transparency and customer service skills (w.r.t my order). Girl it’s not your money, don’t be so stingy with customers orders.
I have been to this place numerous times before….unhygienic issue is same however at least I was satisfied with the drinks made by the tall girl.
I recommend that the store owner review and implement stricter hygiene policies for employees to follow. Regular inspections by the head office would also help ensure that standards are met.
