Literally tastes just like scrambled eggs with whipped cream and fruit toppings! Firm texture, not fluffy at all, had to wait for 30mins for one order and it’s a total disappointment! Wasn’t even suppose to order this, but my husband mistakenly bought this instead of just the croffle. If this is what they serve to all their branches, i would say, don’t even try, or you’ll just waste your money. Ready made boxed pancakes taste way WAY better 😩🙅🏻‍♀️🙅🏻‍♀️ btw, got mine from St Laurent Ottawa Branch.

Don't order a full sized cheesecake!

I ordered a cheesecake from Uber Eats. The portion sizes weren't indicated visually, verbally or otherwise and I assumed the cake was large based on the drastic price difference between an individual slice of cheesecake which I could share but instead paid over $40 for a cake that can fit (easily) in the palm of my small hands. I am hoping since this couldn't be resolved through Uber that the store will rectify this issue. I am very disappointed

Order a matcha latte and strawberry matcha the first time, it was great. The matcha was rich and creamy, so I have decided to go back and be a frequent customer. The 2nd time I go back, the owner made the drinks instead of the staff. Wow, my matcha latte tastes like hot milk. Strawberry matcha tastes blend and milky, no taste of matcha. I cannot believe for a $7 drink, they have to cheap out on the matcha powder, very disappointing. Will not be going back, do not recommend this place at all. Even home matcha latte tastes better than this.

Horrible experience. Worst and very rude staff have ever experienced. Overcharging without any proper notice, and trying to have a fight when I noticed. Only partial refund even I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY FOOD from them. Fruits and foods are apparently not stored properly. Worst experience ever.

Would like to rate 0 if I can. The owner/old lady was a joke. I don't care what collaboration you have with the other brand, but don't throw your attitude to the customers, we don't owe you a penny. We entered the store to ask some promotion, and get yelled by the owner of this store, excuse me? My kids were scared and panic. Would NEVER visit again.

The service really sucks, every store members were busy but I don’t know what were they busy for. I wait for my drink for 40 mins and a lady just said we’re sold out and there’s nothing for me.

I want to rate 0 star. The old female staff was very rude to me and my daughter when we politely asked about the promotion on their ads. Your bad mood is not an excuse for being rude to your customers. I definitely won’t let my family and friends go to this store anymore.

The food was mediocre, though the drinks were quite good. However, numerous beverage items listed on the menu were unavailable, yet the counter staff only informed us a handful could be ordered without explaining why. The service was dreadful, with excessively long wait times – I spent nearly an hour waiting for a single drink. The staff showed no remorse whatsoever. Internal operations seemed poorly organised; despite having four or five staff members, none could clarify what had been delivered or not when we enquired about our order. An utterly dreadful experience.

a week ago I got 2 cheesecakes for $56 with tax. I went yesterday to buy one and they said it's $30. The prices somehow keep changing everytime we go there.

Also, the cook doesn't wear gloves when getting food ready.

I waited for 50 min for one pancake and like yea is good but 50 min

Very nice cake, the seating area is not very big, only a couple of tables. Drink was sour and sweet at the same time.

I tried the pancakes 🥞 they’re incredibly soft, fluffy, and literally melt in your mouth! However, they do have a strong eggy smell, probably from the egg whites that make them so airy. Also, the whipped cream portion felt a bit small for two pancakes. Overall, it was a nice experience to try once!
