The service was really bad. Their kebab was extremely spicy—to the point that I had to take a sip of water with every bite. When we politely gave them feedback about the food, the staff didn’t even apologize for the poor quality and responded to us rudely. This was the first and last time we went to this restaurant.

My parents and I celebrated our anniversary here, and everything exceeded our expectations. The decor was exquisite, the food had a unique and delightful taste, and the service was exceptional. Elnaz, who served us today, provided warm and attentive service with a graceful touch. We truly felt welcomed and well taken care of. It was an unforgettable experience, and we will definitely be coming back.

I'm a regular at this place and really enjoy the ambiance. It's cozy and welcoming. The service is generally very good; the staff are attentive and friendly, though there's one person (possibly she is the manager or senior staff) who seems less engaged.
The prices are a bit on the higher end but I do not mind since I love the food and the portions are big for one person.
The real star here is the food. It's absolutely heavenly. I look forward to every meal because the flavors never disappoint.
That said, there are two areas that could use improvement:
Hallway Odor: There's often an unpleasant smell in the hallway/stairs, and while they try to mask it with a strong spray, it only makes things worse.
Bathrooms: While it's a plus that the restrooms are outside the dining area, they could definitely be cleaner.
Despite these issues, it's still a very nice place overall and worth visiting, especially for the food and atmosphere.

Tonight we had our dinner at this restaurant for the first time.
So, this is our first and last experience at this place.
WE WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS RESTAURANT AGAIN!!!
At the entering time while we were going to seat at our table, A very rude girl (her name: SAMIRA), having a mask on her face, jumped to our back and called us in a very bad manner, kind of yelling at us, We both were really shocked, the way she rushed to us and probably she couldn't wait until we seat at the table.!!
She asked "did you reserve"? While ridiculously the whole restaurant saloon was vacant, 🤦🏻♂️ And then rolled eyes on us and said ok and then pointed to the seats very impolitely like "Alright"...
Again this waitress came back to us with menus and got our order. After 10 minutes a respectful man came to us and asked our order again, so what was the point that girl asked our order then?
Very weird and strange girl and probably struggling with some mental disorders or kind of obsession.
The food was really really regular and normal, I didn't feel anything incredible🤷🏻♂️

2- very nice behavior of that Man wearing black shirt and having glass on his face. He calmed us down and made my girlfriend feel comfortable and we totally forgot that id.iot girl's approach. I don't know this gentleman's name, but would like to tell him again: "thanks man" Our society needs more people like you to cover people like Samira's attitude.. Even my girlfriend was describing you as a gentleman while we got back in the car and also we described that girl as a wild caveman. 🙅🏻♂️
Greetings to you I myself am the owner of one of the Pizza Pizza franchises in the city of Van. If someone talks to my customer on the phone, I will kick him out of my restaurant. There is something to be regretted and a bit mocking for Gilane restaurant managers that such an undesirable element with such a personality is present in this restaurant. I understand that newcomers are hired as a minimum wage and have additional expenses, but they must be oriented and adapted to the restaurant customs of this country. Self-aware
Had an amazing dinner experience at Gilaneh. The traditional yet upscale vibes mixed with the super tasty and authentic Persian food makes Gilaneh a great experience. I would highly recommend this the Sultani dish! Gilaneh is truly a great restaurant!

It was a bad experience. I drove half an hour to eat there, but when I arrived, even though the restaurant was empty, the receptionist told us that if we wanted to eat there, we had a time limit. It was 3:10, and she informed us that we had to leave by 4:00! This was extremely disappointing and felt like terrible customer service. I will never come back again.
Businesses should prioritize creating a welcoming environment for their customers, especially when the place isn’t busy. Being rushed like that left a negative impression. I hope they reconsider their policies, as this kind of service will drive customers away.

Very beautiful place with delicious food, but unfortunately, the staff is not as professional or welcoming as one would expect from a Persian restaurant. The level of hospitality could be improved to match the high expectations customers have. I drove 50 minutes to get to this restaurant, and it was a huge disappointment for all of us. They have a misleading menu designed to deceive customers. When you ask for items listed on the menu, they say they haven’t had those items for two years (since COVID), including dishes like ashpal and baghali ghatogh.
The rice was awful, and it tasted like plastic, which we didn’t expect at all for this price.
