Gino’s Pizza Is a Total Scam: Dishonest, Disgusting and Deceptive
I had guests over for lunch and ordered two Extra-Large Meat Lovers, expecting meat-loaded, flavour-packed pizzas built for hunger and indulgence. What arrived was not pizza. Gino’s Pizza delivered Tasteless Cardboards, so far removed from reality calling them pizza is an insult. The pepperoni was barely scattered, the meat-to-base ratio was absurd and bacon bits were almost invisible, delivering no flavour, no substance and zero satisfaction. The tomato sauce was non-existent, leaving the pizzas so dry they tasted like sandpaper. Every bite screamed neglect, cruelty and malicious incompetence, completely ruining what should have been an enjoyable lunch. I was humiliated and had no choice but to throw the pizzas away and leave for lunch elsewhere rather than endure further embarrassment or risk puking in front of my guests.
The gap between advertising and reality was monstrous. “Meat Lovers” implies generosity, yet what was delivered was near-empty crust with token toppings. This is fraud, deception and blatant theft of trust. Their marketing is manipulative, their so-called pizzas were dry, flavourless slabs of insult and humiliation and their business model prioritizes profit over substance, skimming toppings, dumping gritty, lifeless dough and cutting corners at my expense.
This is the result of systemic, deliberate neglect. Management ignored every attempt I made to fix the problem, responding with silence, indifference and refusal to take responsibility. No apology, no acknowledgment, no effort to remedy the disaster. I was treated as an obstacle rather than a person. A business that charges full price for inedible garbage, masquerading as pizza demonstrates utter disrespect, complete moral bankruptcy, ruthless exploitation and total absence of integrity.
Gino’s Pizza does not deliver pizza. It delivers shame, disgust, humiliation and the purest form of betrayal. Avoid it entirely. Spread the word. Gino’s Pizza is a sham, a scam and a disgrace.

AVOID AVOID First of all for no reason any chicken toppings counts as 2 toppings! The lady who workes there is so rude and told us having coupons is cheating cause we are getting lower prices !!!!! While they put this commercial coupon on our unit door! It's not like I asked for it! SHAME

Terrible food service, operated by two people and they barely know how to slice a pizza.
I usually don’t leave review for food whatever it is I eat, but this one, definitely needed a review! They charged $25 plus tax for literally a piece of bread with some flavours! I ordered chicken mushroom Alfredo but even with magnifier you could barely find any mushroom or chicken! very tiny little chicken and at best one very thin piece of mushroom on each slice barely visible to eyes! cheese was also at minimum. It literally tasted like bare bread. It’s not really fair to charge like a decent pizza and try to maximize the profit but putting as little as possible stuff on it.

Usually Gino's Pizza is good but Im here waiting an hour in 6mins for what was supposed to be a half hr delivery since Im a mf stones throw away just tired to leave my place. Order elsewhere...nothing like starving and not knowing where the food is. OH and I called back...guys like 'its with delivery boy...maybe he's 5-10 mins away?' ..said this 20 mins ago lol...sounded super reassuring
