Noodle quality and texture were great. Top tier noodles. But i think the sauce and flavour were a bit lacking. Flavours were too strong and I didnt find it that tasty. Everything was a bit bland. Had better tasting dan dan noodles else where. Chili oi was good though, had to put on quite a bit before it tasted good.
Delicious beef noodle. Have had many beef noodles before but this is the first place where they make the noodles right in a window the customer can see and you can taste the freshness.
Had a quick stop for lunch with family. Order the large bowls of the traditional lanzhou noodle with beef slices with hand made noodles. The size was very large and enough to share with my kids. The soup base was salty and more white peppercorn flavour.
The sides were equally good especially the mini fried potatoe slices.
The service was very good. The waitress come back to visit us for water refills!
