I'm really disappointed with my experience on Dec 3, 2025. I ordered my usual matcha marble smoothie, but the person who served me – I've never seen her before – was incredibly rude. I asked if they could make it with milk instead of water, and she acted like I was asking for the moon. She made the whole process so complicated and gave me a serious attitude. Also, her shirt was noticeably dirty, which wasn't very appealing. It's usually a simple, pleasant experience, but this time it was just frustrating. Hopefully, this gets addressed, because it's making me reconsider coming back.
I ordered a regular red bean milk tea and the cup was barely 60% full. I asked the staff about it, and they told me, “Oh, that’s because we’re using a large-size cup, but you ordered a regular, so you only get that much.”
…Right.
So what exactly do you use your large cups for? Storing air? Collecting vibes? Or is it just a visual illusion service you’re offering?
i am sad because tapioca quality and quantity seems to depend on the worker. drinks also take unusually long to make even if there are only 2 people waiting.
Friendly Staff, but be prepared to wait very long times for any drink you order. Been here a couple times, I believe it must be all new staff, average wait time for any drink I’ve ordered has always been about 10 minutes.
I came in with my brother who has special needs & Ikmat was super kind & patient with him. I will come back ONLY for Ikmat!
The kind server, Ikmat, was working front during a busy student rush. He made my drink in a prompt manner and accommodated for my special instructions. He made my day with his smile!

I don't get why this location can never get it right. The amount of times my order is messed up from this location is ridiculous. Today no tapioca and no sugar. It's as if they can't read the label.
How can I drink pearl with a small straw like this? is it the first time you prepare an order? It is always served with a large straw.
today Mar 12, around 1:40pm, the cashier/bobarista brought me the worst customer service ever. She was chatting with a colleague, when I came to order she looked annoyed. Ok I can let that go, I ordered and asked if 30% sugar is sweet enough cause i know their drinks are very sweet. She didn't reply and process on punching in my order. I stunned!!! Like hello I talked quite a lot there, if you can't hear me, ask? Why ignore? And it didn't stop there, she handed me the drink, picked up a straw and THREW it on the table. The distance from the straw container and the table is literally 20cm, why not put it down but throw???? Right in front of your customer. If you can't work in f&b and customer service then quit. Such a bad experience.
I visited here several times. They were ok. But the most recent time wasn't pleasant at all. They did not close the lit properly, so HOT MILK TEA poured all over my jacket. Employees were talking and on the phone and I had to keep calling them to get their attention. The topping was minimal.
