The staff was so rude. The menu was so terrible.
Their pearl milk tea is super bland. I’m not paying $8 just to buy something that tastes like tap water. Definitely never going back!
This cozy spot near the subway offers unique drinks like red velvet bubble tea (Oreo-like) and hot taro milk tea, perfect for chilly days. Their fluffy bubble waffles pair perfectly with the drinks, and they’re pet-friendly too! Must-try: Mont Blanc chestnut bubble tea (tastes like Cheerios) and their refreshing peach slushes. A delightful experience!
Good customer service. And taste was really good.
After waiting for a long time, the door did not open. There was no one at all. The alarm clock kept ringing inside. It was cold and windy. After waiting for so long, it was not at all that the door opened at twelve o'clock. I was really speechless.
Worst customer service ever. I bought 2 glasses and the aloe vera was old and sour, I had to throw it away because it wasn't drinkable and I had the worst diarrhea experience of my life.
This place has absolutely terrible customer service. They don't acknowledge customers unless calling out an order number which can be time consuming when they're busy - as is the same for many of these bubble tea places. Might as make it self serve at this rate and ask customers to make their own order 🙃
Great bubble tea shop at yonge and finch 🫶
Amazing
I love the ambiance, enough space to seat on when we went there. Prices 6-10 cad. Good drinks I ordered Pearl milk tea
, they have hot and cold.

They don't speak English and every fn order is wrong
Nice place and convenient location, near subway station. They have some interesting flavours when we ordered on uber so we came in person and got their red velvet - tastes like an oreo bubble tea, and their taro milk tea (hot) - perfect for the chilly season. What makes them stand out from the rest other than their unique flavours is their bubble waffles as well. We went for the classic original flavour and it went well with our drinks. We also asked before we brought her in but they let us keep our puppy with us in store, she was kept on a leash at all times and she was quite calm.
We’d recommend their Mont Blanc chest nut bubble tea - tastes like cheerios cereal, and the peach drinks/slushes they’re promoting now as well.
I ordered lychee olong tea and waffle but it was very tasteless. No lychee syrup and no sugar at all. I just drunk one sip and recognized. I came back to complain about it, the staff gave me attitude, and didn't apologize for it, they just took back my drink and made me a new one. By the way, the waffle was burned as well. I will never come back this location anymore.

Just average. Seven leaves and Trutea are a lot better.

Had a great experience at Gong Cha tonight! The staff was excellent, especially the young man Henry who helped me out and made my bubble tea. He was so kind, accommodating, and made my order rather quickly. Hands down the best bubble tea I have had in Toronto!
