lol quite lots of flies flying around you and wobblying around right in your face and the washroom is kinda dirty… (all my friends agreed), had the Oreo coffee milk tea, we were originally planning to get the peanuts special and we were ok with paying extra for the surprise keychain, but it’s like $22 plus tax and well we can’t afford that cuz we hella broke
Fast service
Friendly servers
Good quality
Great decorations
Convenient order through the front machine
Highly recommended place for drinks
I ordered a winter melon milk tea grass jelly drink, only to be told that they didn’t have grass jelly. Fine—I asked about my toppings, and they said they wouldn’t charge me for pearls. Guess what? They charged me anyway. No apology, no correction, just a quiet slip of the charge onto the bill. It’s not even about the money—it’s the dishonesty and lack of accountability. If you’re going to substitute ingredients, at least be transparent and respectful. Gong Cha, this was shady and unacceptable.
Been to this chain bubble tea before but not particular location. Service was quick enough and drink tasted as expected. Overall I would probably return again if I was in the area and wanted a drink and I would probably also recommend to those in the area who like bubble tea to give this place a try too.
I like the teas that we got.
My only feedback is that the two guys working there talked way too much to each other and way too long about personal stuff. It took about 15 minutes to make 2 drinks and we were the only customers. The one guy was so distracted he made the wrong drink for us. It was nice of him to give it to us, but I could’ve done with less personal convo and quicker service.
Joshep was very professional and helpful
Other than the scary door when you open too fast and hard and it bangs against the doorstopper its a good Gong Cha location!
I always get the Wintermelon milk tea, decided to try something new today and got the 2J Brown Sugar Oolang Milk tea, it was pretty good!
Gong cha tend to be on the sweeter side so I suggest you request 30-50% sugar instead of the standard 70%.
Missing pearl in my milk tea. What is the point of drinking milktea without pearl????????
Had pearl milk tea 🧋
Great customer service. Not sure who the worker was, but they were very polite and answered all of my questions. The drink was great as well. Will come again 👍

Very bad customer service. The barista didn’t smile or greet me and clearly was not in any mood to take my order. I asked about non dairy options and he appeared to not care about if they even offered such options. I ordered the honey oat milk tea with 50% sugar and it tasted extremely sweet and watery.
This place is an absolute trainwreck! It’s only 9pm, with a posted closing time of 12am, and they’re already checked out. It’s a long weekend—do they not grasp the concept of expecting a crowd? Zero foresight. No pearls available for drinks, and not even a hint they’ll bother making more. Infuriating! The Korean server wasn’t rude, but the amount of care he gave was a solid zero—like he was auditioning for a statue. One star is more than this sorry excuse for a store deserves for their pathetic service and complete lack of effort.
Gong Cha Is lovely place to sit down a get studying done or even work an the employees are great also Amazing customer service
The staff was so rude. The menu was so terrible.
Their pearl milk tea is super bland. I’m not paying $8 just to buy something that tastes like tap water. Definitely never going back!
