Today i went to amaya and it was one of the most delightful Indian dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. The flavors were authentic, the aroma was inviting, and every dish felt like it was prepared with genuine love for cooking.

But the real star of my visit was the butter naan crafted by Chef Chetna. Soft, perfectly layered, brushed with just the right amount of butter—it was the kind of naan that instantly melts in your mouth and leaves you wanting more. You can taste the skill and passion behind every bite.

And speaking of passion, Chef Chetna deserves special appreciation. Not only is she incredibly talented in the kitchen, but she carries a grace and warmth that adds to the entire dining experience. There’s a confidence in her craft and a beautiful simplicity in her presence that makes the food feel even more comforting. A truly beautiful lady with a beautiful heart—her smile alone could make anyone’s day, and her cooking certainly does.

If you’re looking for delicious Indian food crafted with care, this place—and especially Chef Chetna—is a must-visit. Highly recommended!

0 star worst restaurant ever seen I ordered the paav bhaji from uber and it was like I wasted my money with the tea that even didn’t had sugar and was like more water. Will not recommend this place for trying Indian food.

I hope I can come back and change this review. I am leaving it so that maybe the owners will fix this issue.
Everyone understands that cost of living is high these days. However that is not an excuse to put a price for your product but not deliver what you promised.

Today I ordered two sides of curry goat and to my disappointment when I got home I realized I payed for bones mostly. What was most disappointing was that the the young woman who served me, was scrapping the tray as if I begged for the food. She didn't seem she was serving me for what I agreed to pay.

I understand that maybe she is told to do that. Also it is true that she gave me from the last traces of curry goat left on the tray, but she could at least given me all of it, especially after she saw she gave me mostly the leftovers bones. Better so she could have asked the kitchen if they have a fresh full tray.

I see the name of this eatery is changed, but I hope that the quality of the service doesn't have to be less than what Good Karma used to offer. I never had any bad experiences with them before.

Sincerely I look forward to see a good change.

The taste of the gravy was good nevertheless. That's why I gave 5 stars for the food itself..

Food is delicious! Ordered vadapav and tea both turned out to be the tastiest ones in Canada. Naans are made live which is great. We also ordered butter chicken which is good too. Must try when you’re in Conestoga mall.

DO NOT GET ANY KIND OF FOOD FROM HERE. I got takeout yesterday from here, the food was stale and smelling bad 🤮🤮🤮. Lord knows if I ate the food, I would’ve fallen sick.

My experience here was great the front desk people really are great the food was also decent. A must try dish - butter chicken and garlic naan along with mango lassi
