Service was so accommodating, we called to order ahead because we were super hungry and they lady who answered the phone was so hospitable, service is half the experience ☺️ Atmosphere can be improved looks wise but was otherwise clean and tidy. I guess atmosphere doesn’t matter when the food is delish 🤤
The food was great. Quality of the meat was outstanding. Totally worth the price. We had spicy mushroom burger and philly cheesesteak sandwich. Their service was great as well. We willdefinitely come back.

Very poor service, 2 ignorant female servers, just chatting and laughing together n forgetting about the order snd demands.. very rude when we asked about our request.. the burger was not worth it at all. Very dry n the bun was not fresh. The sauce on french fries had dry mint in it and tasted weird! Will not definitely go there anymore..

Very disappointed with this location. We drove a long way and when we arrived they didn’t have the pizza or even the famous burger that other locations offer. It’s confusing why this branch is open if it can’t provide the same basic items in my opinion the management really needs to rethink how this location operates because right now it doesn’t meet the standard of the other branches.

Me and my partner tried grill gate today on Sheppard Ave and i had one of the best burgers of my entire life highly recommended I will be back for sure 😋
Their Veggie Sandwich is amazing! It has smoked eggplant, onion, bell pepper, mushroom, parsley, mozzarella, and a their special sauce, loaded with cheese and a generous size. You can really taste the smoky eggplant, and the veggies are perfectly portioned. The two ladies working there are so nice and friendly. I’ll definitely come back and highly recommend this place!

This is one of the best food spots in the city. The sandwiches are very unique and extremely delicious. The service is absolutely amazing. If I could I would give them extra stars. Their best dishes have to be the Philly cheesesteak sandwich and the pulled beef sandwich. The staff were absolutely fantastic and I will be a regular here going forward.
