Nobody communicated that they were out of ordered menu items. Wife is allergic to certain things so just giving us maple syrup that Wendy’s gives isn’t acceptable.
Dietary restrictions: You should communicate to the customer what you have and don’t have if it is unavailable, before delivery, and if unavailable it should be 86’ed.

Very unimpressed. The woman behind the counter purposefully over charged me. When I called her out, she paid me back immediately, almost like she has attempted this before. It's too bad, being I work in the area at times, and thought the food was decent. I will never eat here again. Was it worth the $1?

Done Lost Their Minds.As the woman was plating my food 2 inches of a chow mein noodle dropped on the counter from my crate. She proceeded to pick up the piece of chow mein and put it back on my plate. I shouted at her to take it off to which she replied that she is always wiping off the counter, which I never saw her do. She then took it back off. This was witnessed by another customer. I do not recommend as they are not educated in sanitation.

Terrible customer service. I was asked if I wanted my food to go and I said yes he proceeded to put Ketchup on my fries. I don't eat Ketchup and instead of just apologizing and making me new fries. He said it was my fault cause I was on a phone call mind you I was waiting for someone to answer. I wasn't even talking to anyone.

I was one of the unlucky customers who got food poisoning from eating here. I ordered the fish and chips and within hours I was feeling chills and throwing up. I had to go to the hospital and miss days of work. I will never eat here again of course because of this experience I had. I recommend people to stay away from here or don’t order the fish and chips.

The fish and chips are good since they had a really good taste and even my family relatives had them and they said they were good and the food was completely safe and none of my family relatives had food poisoning even the ones who had stomach issues

Has alot of potential but need to be more clean- stop reusing gloves- dont handle money then handle food- dont rub your face and then handle food
I don’t even want to give them 1 star. I went to eat the fish and chips from the restaurant and ended up getting food poisoning. I had to miss a week of work and went to the hospital. Every time I tried to eat anything I was throwing up, even water I couldn’t keep down. I was a mess and I lost weight due to not being able to eat. I am never going to eat there again of course and I recommend no one eating there. Poor food handling from the employees. You can tell by just looking at the place.
