I have gone to this location many times and I try to go on a Sunday or Monday when they have a halibut special. It was great most of the time except this time. The halibut I got on my last order had large sections where it was just batter and no fish. I called to explain but the chef said it has always been the same. Was not worth it the last time I ordered.

This location deserves a high score of 0/10 and that is being generous. I spent over $100 on takeout for the family, shrimp were not cleaned properly, halibut was also burnt. Should have went to My Place across the street, lesson learned. Reached out to them via email and have not heard back in over a month....

We ordered a takeout kids' meal, and it came with a large portion of fries but only two tiny pieces of fried fish. Additionally, the meal was supposed to include a soft drink, which we didn't receive. It was a disappointing experience and felt like a waste of money.

I tried the haddock and chips a few months ago and it was good. Yesterday, I called in advance to pick up halibut and chips for a loved one's birthday. However, when I arrived, the meal wasn't done. It hadn't even begun. Plus, we afterwards realized that neither the fish nor the fries was worth eating. I'm not sure what the problem was with the quality of the food. But it was truly awful and especially for the price.

Tonight for dinner, I went to Halibut House Fish and Chips for the first time! I had their scallops and Caesar salad which was tasty!!
