10/10 taste of food and quality but I wish they were more clean 😣 I loved this place for the food and went almost every week but I haven’t gone back in awhile because the last time I was there I was halfway done my poutine when I noticed the container it was in, had someone’s blood on it… I was with my friend and hers also had a smear of blood on it but not as much as mine. I was so disappointed and disgusted I literally threw it away and felt so sick. On top of that I’m pregnant so this could have ended so horribly for me. This restaurant is so homey to me and I’ve been going for years pls pls pls plssssss work on ur work hygiene with the newer employees and have them wear gloves or leave it to the original older lady who always makes the food perfect and I’ve never had any complaints with

Omg so yummy they are soooooooooooooo nice and friendly the best fish and chips place to eat in Scarborough by far!!! Oh yeah!!!!

Hidden gem for some AMAZING fish and chips run by a mom and pop duo at Peanut Plaza for ages. It’s our go to place when we are craving some really good old fashioned fish and chips :)

We got the daily special fish and chips combo. It’s $11 with tax (see picture). A steal to find and definitely worth it since it will put you into a good food coma afterwards.

The daily special fish and chips combo comes with a good sized haddock fish, lots of crispy chips, choice of coleslaw or gravy, and a pop. The haddock is awesome. It’s nicely battered to make it crispy on the outside while maintaining that nice flaky fish goodness on the inside. Also, the gravy is a must. It goes so good with the crispy chips.

Heads up, limited seating. It’s more of a take out fish and chips shop.

I have been coming to this place for over 20 years and I don’t plan on stopping. The owners are very nice, sweet and accommodating. If your ever around pop in and try their food. My personal favourite is the poutine.

First time trying out this fish and chips restaurant with my partner. We ordered the daily special upgraded to a poutine. Food was ready within 15 minutes, everything hot and ready. The haddock was light and crispy. The poutine was generously lathered in gravy and cheese. Needless to say everything was delicious. Definitely will return.
