Our order was made perfectly and tasted great. The atmosphere was nice and clean. When we visited the store, it wasn’t too busy, but the lady who took our order could have handled it better. I understand she did her part, but when a customer mentions it’s their first time visiting and that they are vegetarian, it would be nice to take a moment to explain the options rather than rush through the process.
Thanks to the gentleman who kindly showed us the different types of sauces we could choose from—that was very helpful. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but instead of rushing to serve the next customer, please take a couple of extra minutes to assist properly. It makes a big difference.

I haven't had a burger this cheap on Avenue in a while, but I also haven't had one this bad. Most of it was fine, but the patty had this fake texture and bad taste that made me think I bought a beyond meat or turkey burger instead. The fries were fine. The mini donuts were good, but the amount of actual cinnamon sugar covering them was laughable. The burger was so bad I wished I had splurged for one of the other burger places nearby. At least I could have finished them, even if they are overpriced.

Amazing experience every time! I’ve been coming to this Harvey’s location regularly and I’ve always had great service. The staff are friendly, the food is fresh, and the restaurant is clean. The cashiers is a lovely lady and made my day! She had an awesome smile and called me sweat heart and also remembered my nephews name “Chase”. She made the whole experience awesome! The food was well prepared with a smile and well done! Will come back again just to see the cashiers, genuinely a personable person.
