The croissants are fresh flaky and have the right amount of sweet. The pre-packaged ones are also in good condition, not stale. The packaging is beautiful. The matcha drink I ordered is good overall, yet the matcha flavor is not as strong as I expected.I also wished that they had more options when I was there, especially the salted egg york croissants.

Just came from there with my friend and they overcharged..on the door they said they take Presto for 20% off but they never offered off at the cashier..she was nice, but obviously didn't care.Charged almost $16 for a superweet cream coffee withwhipcream and a croissant with half cookie on it..the croissant was nice, but the drink made us both ? sick..probably won't come back..Update..Sent an email to the head of company like they asked on here..no reply after almost two weeks..scam..one star

The strawberry and custard croissant was delicious - the strawberries were fresh and sweet and the custard was distrubuted throughout the whole croissant. I also got the Yashima Brown Sugar Bubble Tea which was nice. My husband's Americano was a bit watery and too hot. The staff are friendly. There is minimal seating but we went at a less busy time so we got to sit on some cute blue velvet chairs. Definitely want to go back and try everything on their menu!
They open at 11am on a Friday and I arrived at 11:45am. There were only 5 different croissants available. When I inquired about the other ones, which their menu lists 42 different kinds by the way, I was told that’s all they have right now and “maybe” will have more flavors later in the day. So I ordered a sea salt, salted egg yolk and golden cheese. These croissants are best eaten right away. When left for even a few hours, they start to go stale. They are just ok for me. The salted egg yolk filling was only on one half of the croissant. It was not distributed evenly. The golden cheese had 2 types of cheese, one on top and one in the filling. The sea salt was just hard when I got to eating it a few hours later. I was looking forward to trying their cubed croissants but maybe I’ll try a bigger location next time.

Delicious flaky buttery croissants! The prosciutto sandwich was amazing!! They aren’t stingy on the meat at all and it all tasted so fresh, my first time ordering and will definitely order again.

Upon entrance, warm smiles quickly dropped when they saw our faces. Paid for lychee lattes with oat milk and pearls, got regular lattes, with pearls. Wanted mine decaf. Apparently espresso shots can't be decaf. Do all customers get treated this way, or just the Black ones? Should've left after the dry greeting. I just really wanted a Lychee latte... But didn't even get that. :'/
