The croissants are fresh flaky and have the right amount of sweet. The pre-packaged ones are also in good condition, not stale. The packaging is beautiful. The matcha drink I ordered is good overall, yet the matcha flavor is not as strong as I expected.I also wished that they had more options when I was there, especially the salted egg york croissants.
The strawberry and custard croissant was delicious - the strawberries were fresh and sweet and the custard was distrubuted throughout the whole croissant. I also got the Yashima Brown Sugar Bubble Tea which was nice. My husband's Americano was a bit watery and too hot. The staff are friendly. There is minimal seating but we went at a less busy time so we got to sit on some cute blue velvet chairs. Definitely want to go back and try everything on their menu!
They open at 11am on a Friday and I arrived at 11:45am. There were only 5 different croissants available. When I inquired about the other ones, which their menu lists 42 different kinds by the way, I was told that’s all they have right now and “maybe” will have more flavors later in the day. So I ordered a sea salt, salted egg yolk and golden cheese. These croissants are best eaten right away. When left for even a few hours, they start to go stale. They are just ok for me....
