They’ve got a new menu with nice photos, and the prices seem okay at first. But honestly, the food doesn’t look like the pictures, the portions are tiny, the flavors aren’t anything special, and it feels overpriced. The only good thing is the staff, they’re super friendly. Other than that, I wouldn’t recommend it.

I order the spring rolls here quite regularly. Today they had a different picture on the menu for them. I asked the guy if they were the same and he said yes it was just a stock image and they hadn’t changed the spring rolls I just got home and opened them to discover they are Infact changed. They also now come with chili sauce rather than the fish sauce. I dislike being lied to.
P.s. bring back the real spring rolls !!

I love the dish that I ordered: banh cuon. The place is inside Lawrence Mall food court which is on the 2nd floor, so it is a bit tucked away but the food quality is amazing. Will definitely be coming back to try other dishes that they have.

Incredible quality and authenticity for a food court stall. I had hủ tiếu . Obviously, it's not fair to compare this with the best Vietnamese restaurants in town but it's not far off. Haven't tried the grilled meat but I can tell from the look that it's good. My wife love bánh cuốn and rated it 10/10. Price is reasonable too. Will definitely be back soon

It might be tucked away in a mall, but don’t let that fool you — the quality here rivals, if not surpasses, many standalone restaurants. Every dish I’ve tried has been spot-on, from the broths to the grilled meats. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!
Very kind Vietnamese grandma chef in the back. If ordering Banh Cuon, ask the cashier (if not Vietnamese) to ask the chef for it and she will make it fresh for you!
