Went there on a Sunday evening with a 6 people party. I did have a reservation and was seated right away. From the beginning all the staff was very nice and welcoming. The chef who cooked for was very nice, skillful and fun. Good food, big portions, great atmosphere and very friendly and accommodating waiting staff.

This meal was definitely not worth it. Friends and I went for the group meal. Everything tasted the same, bland. I watched the chef pour the same sauces on everything, but the worst part was the 1/2 pound of butter that was added to the fried rice. The chicken was definitely overdone as was the lobster. At least he asked how we wanted the steak done, but of course he didn’t follow the directions. . I would definitely not recommend this place.

Ordered 3 sets (beef, tofu, and chicken). All were in good quality. The service was amazing. The only drawback was the greentea ice cream. The green tea taste was not strong enough.

Amazing food and experience, but it's on the opposite side of the mall from the Cineplex google maps takes you to.

Vegetarian options: Hibachi normally only has vegetable or tofu as vegetarian options, but the tofu option was very good.

Dietary restrictions: They handled other guests ordering shrimp when someone in my group had an allergy very well.

Very mediocre food and small portions. It’s not worth it at all. The fried rice was so disappointing. The chef was also so low energy poor thing.

we took the Tapanyaki 7 course , very generous and very good everything tasted really good , in other Tapanyaki you choose wether you want beef or chicken or seafood but we I myself couldn't finish my plate, the chef was fun the service was good but a bit of touch of elegence is missing

I always enjoy visiting this branch of Hibachi Teppanyaki at Fairview Mall with my family. The ambiance is lively and reminds me of the wonderful memories I have from my time in Malaysia.

Teppanyaki is my favorite dish, and the chef’s performance while cooking is always a fun experience for the whole family. The design of the restaurant is modern and beautifully decorated with impressive artwork. The quality of the food is top-notch, with generous portions that are very satisfying.

One thing I especially appreciate as a customer is that they have two washbasins in the dining area for those who just want to wash their hands without having to go all the way to the restrooms. This is a small but thoughtful detail that makes the dining experience even better, especially for families with kids!

It’s a place we keep coming back to because the whole experience is consistently amazing!?

I honestly don’t know what kind of manager works this place but I highly suggest they get a new one. I went to dine in and I overheard co-workers talking about the manager sleeping with workers. I have seen Cockroaches in the kitchen. The chiefs DO NOT use gloves to prepare meals for customers. Highly would not recommend this place, -0 for service.
