Food is pretty good. I love the tartar,
However the blonde old lady is awfully rude. Didn’t greet me; didn’t offer me bread and butter but offered the table next to me. Gave me attitude when I asked about the menu.

Absolutely delicious, fresh clean and everything is home made. Lovely straightforward service reasonably priced, fast but unrushed... Excellent desserts and don't forget to take a home a Melton Mowbray pork pie they are very authentic.

The fish was so crispy and you hear the crunch on every bite. The fish was flaky and never left a nasty greasy feeling on your palate.
Got the dine in special and the fish size was decent....
