Food - One of the best combinations of value & taste when it comes to Banh Mi's. 6 Banh Mi's to choose from (see attached picture) many averaging at $5 each, price is tax included. They also have a buy 5, get 1 free special. Their baguette is unique, filling is aplenty.

Service - straightforward bakery, you order, they give out food and you pay. Never dined in, so I can't speak much about it.

Atmospheres - small, no frills bakery. There is a single table for dining in, but I have always done takeout, nothing special or anything that would catch your eyes. Having said that, place seems clean at a quick glance.

Last weekend I stopped by this amazing bakery after a friend had suggested it to me.
I stopped by at noon and they were already sold out of the sausage option. It's a hit!

I tried:
Banh Mi Pork
Banh Mi Rotisserie Chicken
Banh Mi Dry Shredded Chicken
Banh Tiêu (Vietnamese Sweet Bun)

Xôi Khúc (Sticky Rice Ball)
Dáy giô (Steamed Glutinous Rice Cake with Pork)

Banh Duc Ngot (Pandan Rice Cake with Coconut Sauce)

Iced Coffee

They have a daily promotion JUST $5 for a Banh Mi sandwich. You can also get 5 and get one FREE! I love a good deal / promotion.

This was my first time trying the Pandan dessert and the two savory options. Everything was so good. The sweet buns were the freshest buns I've ever had. They were stretchy, light, airy and had the perfect amount of sweetness. Similar to a doughnut without any of the heaviness.

There was a steady flow of customers and I chatted with a few. They all commented on fresh and delicious the food was here. There's a reason people keep coming back. I loved the atmosphere and warmth I felt in this family run business.

This place seems to have an infestation of jueguitos de cucarachas. I recall going to this place to order a sandwich and I was served by a rather odd lady, not sure what business she has at this place or how long she worked there, but in any event, I was charged $10 for one sandwich rather than the $5 that I should have been charged. I really hope the manager sees this review and offers to correct this error of theirs.

If you are looking for a hidden bakery mom and pop shop in West Toronto, look no further than Hoang Viet Bakery Coffee for classic Vietnamese bakery items such as the baguette, Banh Mi and lots of cold desserts!

The Banh Mi sandwiches range from the traditional cold cut combo to rotisserie chicken! All the sandwiches are made by hand in the store with the freshly baked baguette that is crispy enough to hold all the pickled vegetables, pate, mayo, and meats.

The fried donut is also an underrated item to enjoy with the cold Vietnamese coffee!

Be sure to swing by the plaza for a small taste of home!

Got their Banh Mi special, delicious deli meat and pâté. Would recommend if you’re taking it home to toast it before you eat!

Worst bahmi ever, trust me, I've had bahmis at multiple other places, including all across south east Asia and this is surprisingly the worst ever. Flavourless, including the carrots that are just plain cold carrots, lousy assembly.
