I like going to the Holts Cafe for an afternoon bite or coffee/tea. I have yet to try their afternoon tea set but will one day as you need to book this ahead of time as I normally head to the Holts Cafe on a whim.

The pancakes and French toast were good.
The breakfast was just ok, nothing special.
The chicken burger was also tasty.

What I like most is the ambience and service.

What an absolutely fabulous experience my group of 17 ladies had for lunch at Holt’s Cafe Yorkdale . I organized a university class reunion and from start to finish the team of Justine,Lee, Irene and others orchestrated perfection. Service, food, presentation and extra special touches were of superb quality. In todays climate , it was so heartwarming to receive their special small acts of kindness. A memorable time was had by all

Overall, we were pleasantly surprised by our experience. I had been concerned when making the reservation, that the meal would be boring because it's an in-store restaurant. However, thanks to the food, service, ambience and decor, everything turned out great! I look forward to returning and recommending the cafe to my friends. Thanks, Thomas
