Absolutely terrible experience at Hui Lau Shan. The staff was incredibly rude, dismissive, and seemed completely uninterested in providing any kind of service. I’ve never been treated so poorly at a restaurant. The food was average at best, but the awful attitude of the staff ruined the whole experience. Never coming back.

been here a couple of times, didn't really have any bad experience. I love their 2 for 1 special, definitely one of the Hui Lau Shan locations with the most competitive pricing, would go to this one if you happen to be in the area and enjoy Hui Lau Shan bbts or mango bbts.

I always order the 2 for 1 mango with coconut jelly but I get it without the jelly. Amazing that they actually listen, 5 star 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 all around. Always fresh and tasty 😋

I got a mango coconut with tapioca, and it was easily the best bubble tea I've had. The Coconut milk really complimented the mango. Also the Tapioca was amazing. Definitely getting the Bubble Tea again.

I went to both locations and the one on yonge is definitely better taste wise! The location in mississauga had so much mango hair in my drink it’s crazy!I got the mango coconut with sago and with every sip i had to take multiple pieces out of my mouth and i have sensory issues when it comes to stuff like that! so definitely unpleasant but the other location was really good!

Disappointing experience - Four of us ordered the mango coconut honey jelly dessert, and shortly after, we all suffered from severe diarrhea. This was incredibly unpleasant and concerning, suggesting possible food safety issues. I cannot recommend this restaurant.

guys this is this the best mango desert place ever if u dont come here then your missing out. mango is very fresh and loved the pearls in the bubble tea. deserts are good for the price, amazing portion for the price, and looks aesthetically pleasing.
I dont know why people are rating this place so low they are so ungrateful and unintelligent like she customer service is amazing. totally recommend the mango pudding, passion fruit tea, mango pancake, and bubble tea.
The bubble tea's pearls are very chewy and sweet, the perfect level of sweet. The milk tea is made with real milk unlike other bubble tea places so is much more healthier and tastes delicous.
Staffs are all very nice and greets you cheerfully the second you step in. People in the reviews always have extremely high expectations like they are walking into some super fancy resteraunts made for celebrties or sm. Always complain for the smallest things.
